Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Queenstown. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Many reviews highlighted the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the overall comfort of the rooms.
