Pros (+) The staff is so very welcoming and accommodating. Great location - steps away from the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room, comfy bed with soft linens - large bathroom including a jetted tub. wish we could've taken the hotel and staff along to our remaining destinations throughout the South Island.

Pros (+) The rooms were great, the bathrooms were the best I've seen. Amenities were excellent. The staff was attentive friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Internet situation was weak. Kept getting message that I used my days allotment. No way. only checked FB emails and weather. Never streamed anything. Even mid range hotels in NZ have free unlimited wi fi. Got coupon for reduced breakfast but reduced price was advertised outside.
