Guests consistently highlight the outstanding service, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, with many mentioning Marlene by name. Cleanliness is frequently praised, as are the tranquil and secure surroundings, with a peaceful garden and easy access to nature and kayaking. The location is generally appreciated for its calm and convenience, though some note it is not in the city center. Breakfast and the pool receive mixed feedback, with some finding them basic or smaller than expected, but overall guests feel welcomed and cared for during their stay.

Cons (-) It was a little far from the "action" but we had dinner in Quepos at the marina both nights and don't feel like we missed much by being a little farther out!
