They could not fix our AC and our room only got down to 74 degrees when temp set to 65. Maintenance looked at it and when maintenance told us to call the front desk if it wasn’t fixed, the front desk said “sorry nothing we can do”. No discount offered. No free breakfast, nothing. Breakfast buffet was $15 but had the same waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, juice coffee that most places offer for free...
