Great location near the lake. Staff was very helpful.

Pros (+) The size of the room and the soaking tub.
Cons (-) I did not like the way the staff treated me when I had complaints about my room because they messed up on an upgrade. There parking garage I could not get out of and was stuck waiting for 30 minutes for technical support. When I voiced my frustration about this the staff was very rude and used vulgar language which caused me to do the same. I will never go back here

Pros (+) Check-in was quick and the room was acceptable. It was clean and there were no major issues.
Cons (-) I would have preferred having a fridge in the room. I know there are some rooms with this option in this hotel.
