Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing the beach or city center. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to resolve issues and provide local advice. Cleanliness is mentioned with mixed feedback, with some rooms described as spotless and others noting issues with insects or dated facilities. Bathrooms and air conditioning are common points of criticism, with several guests finding bathrooms too small, outdated, or in need of repairs, and many mentioning discomfort due to a lack of air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and overall service often compensate for the hotel's older structure and basic amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
