Very helpful and friendly staff. Marco is very nice and takes his time with customers. He's very fluent with other languages which is also a plus! Parking is available too and seems pretty rare in the area. It's also well located.
The 4 people room is a little small for longer stays. Hotel is not easy to find.

Filipo and Marco are great hosts and will definitely look after you! they went extra mile every time they could; Marco gave us really good recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. I must say the toiletries were amazing and the bedroom really comfortable. Breakfast was also great! we will definitely stay here if we ever come back! Grazie Mille

Breakfast and staff were excellent. very homey feel...loved the eclectic furniture and the super clean goldfish tank. convenient position for the ferry. very friendly reception from hosts, including Idifix(?)the dog.

Everything! Marco & Philippo (hope I spelled that right) we’re WONDERFUL hosts and a delight to stay with. The hotel is spotless and has everything necessary for a stress-free stay. Edifex, their GORGEOUS dog, was an added bonus and won over my heart! Would highly recommend...convenient, friendly and great value for money! Will definitely recommend and hope to return next time I’m in Rapallo.
