Cons (-) Very loud, bed was minimal blankets and hard, ice machines and vending out of order, sink totally cracked, felt old. Felt like a motel definitely not luxury in any regard

Cons (-) The room was old dated and stinky. It had some horrible chemical smell. The smell pretty much tainted the whole stay. Overall this should not be a best western (plus).
