all staff was super friendly and helpful!! nice breakfast good location
room was under the stairs, so I heard everyone going up and down very loudly, but slept ok (with earplugs) found some black hair in bath tube (I am blond) renovation should be done including removal of curtains etc.

Location was excellent for a quick overnight stay. Staff was welcoming and shared a map with information. Parking nearby but we arrived around dinner on a Friday so quite full. Room was quiet on the 3rd floor with elevator access.
Common areas were in dire need of refresh. WiFi would connect but little to no internet access. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom was clean on the surface but very outdated. Shower did not drain. Bed and pillows were very firm. Only two pillows. Unfortunately, with such a short stay, the staff would/could not have done anything to resolve issues. Overall very outdated so the price seemed to be only for the location.

Not much. It was tatty, dirty and scruffy
It did not resemble the photographs on the booking site whatsoever. It was scruffy and dirty and the room was tiny with no shower and a dirty bath with a broken shower attachment.
