Guest reviews of the hotel are highly mixed. Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, musty smells, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms, with some describing the property as neglected or unsafe. Noise, lack of proper ventilation, and disappointing breakfast quality were also common complaints. However, several guests highlighted the comfort of the beds and occasionally praised the friendliness of some staff members.
