Clean and nice beds
Rooms were quite nice and the staff was universally helpful and kind.
The Casino, with it's reflective, dark ceiling tiles was noisy and truly uncomfortable. By creating a brighter atmosphere (addressing both light and sound issues) the feeling of being a rat in a tunnel would be eradicated. Elevator issues too.
The room was very nice (we upgraded to the newer rooms). The sushi restaurant and Napa Bistro we’re both very good!
There are non-smoking areas of the casino but not enough! Too much smoke! And there club membership was a joke. We were told if we gambled about $20 each we’d earn a free buffet - I lost $60 and my husband $100 and we got nothing!
It was a home away from home. The staff was very nice. I was able to check in early. Plenty of eating choices. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice
I didn’t like the pillows. When I put my head on the pillow it fell to the bed. It was like I didn’t have any pillows at all. I had to get the chair pillows to put under the bed pillows for any support
Beautiful and clean and very spacious
