Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room.
Noise from the pub next door until well after midnight.
The area around the hotel is great
The hotel itself is not good
Good continental breakfast and smiley staff
Room hot, small and noisy as facing the road with night-life venues next door!

The hotel was clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, pleasant. More importantly, cheap. I would recommend this hotel for staying over in London for a couple of nights.
It's a no frills hotel with tired and dated decorations, quite noisy because of the night club next door.
Had easy access to the shops and transport . Bed was very comfortable
Too many stairs to climb . Also a bit noisy in the evening . Room was to hot.
Friendly staff excellent location
Small room (welcome to England) and bunny ear antenna technology used on micro-TV
Proximity to the River Thames path
The price was high for a hotel that showed its age. There were hotels close to Victoria Station in London that was in the 35 to 50 pound per night rate. I had to pay 5.9 pounds per day for rail/tube out of Richmond, which was a 20 minute walk from the hotel to do research in London. Those factors do not justify the high daily rate.
Fantastic breakfast & friendly service.
