Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location in Richmond and its proximity to the town center, shops, and market square. Many reviews mention friendly and welcoming staff, as well as a pleasant pub atmosphere. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality and variety of breakfast, inconsistent cleanliness, and occasional maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort and room size receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding them comfortable and others noting discomfort. Overall, the location and staff are the hotel's strongest points, but improvements in breakfast, cleanliness, and room maintenance are needed.
