Pros (+) Great 24 hour customer service, good breakfast.
Cons (-) The pool wasn't maintained as well as it could've been. We had to request towels each time and for the filter to be turned on. Also, our housekeeper didn't clean our room thoroughly. She would leave a lot of trash we couldn't fit into their tiny trash bins instead of disposing of it. She also seemed to do the bare minimum with each cleaning and didn't replace items we used as is customary.
Pros (+) The staff was really great, the lobby is clean. The breakfast was perfect and well stocked. Really good shower pressue! I would return

Pros (+) Rooms was very clean & big! Breakfast included is always a bonus. Would stay again. Checked in on a Friday evening. The man at the front desk was very helpful with ideas for dinner. I find it refreshing because some of my travels have a restaurant in the hotel & the only place they suggest is in the hotel. This hotel does not have a restaurant but breakfast was very yummy!
Cons (-) The book in the room had a list of restaurants you could go to. However, there was no addresses or what type of restaurant it was. I like to try local places & not go to chain restaurants that I can find everywhere.
Pros (+) The whole hotel was very clean, everything was pristine. Every employee was helpful and kind, making the stay welcoming and comforting. The breakfast in the morning was great with more than enough options. There isn't too much to say, in all honesty. This is a great hotel that offers a superb experience. I recommend this for all.
