Check in was easy. Front Desk person polite and helpful. Large room and clean. Really liked that there were multiple pillow thickness and softness to choose from instead of pillows aimed only at big and tall men! Quiet location nearer to the suburbs where my family live. Pros (+) The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was a good size. Could not hear neighbors.
