Bar lounge was not comfortable - not really a lounge for people to hang out. Would have been nice if the pool area had a view -

No free wifi (about $10/day), shower, bad check in experience. First time we were assigned to a room on the 6th floor close to the elevator although we asked for a room away from the elevator. The door key did not work. So, we came down to the reception. The lady at the reception was not much apologetic. She activated the keys. I asked whether we could have a room away from the elevator. We were told that the hotel is completely booked. We went back to the room - the key worked, but the wi-fi did not work. Called the front desk - the lady said put a zero before room number while try to connect. It did not work. Came down again with the luggage. Now we got key for a room on the 10th floor. Went to the room - the carpet felt wet all over - may be they steam-cleaned few minutes ago. Naturally, we came down again. Now a different lady at the front desk. She was very helpful. Changed the room to a different room on the 6th floor away from the elevator. After listening all the hassle we went through, she made me a select member of Omni with free internet. I thank the lady; the membership would be useful if I ever stay at Omni in future.
They overbooked the hotel so I paid for a king sized bed for my anniversary, but they gave us two double sized beds instead and said there was nothing they could do since we booked with booking.com and not the hotel website which is garbage. If they want to have a room advertised on booking.com then they should honor that reservation the same as any other.
