Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, especially highlighting individuals like Vanessa at breakfast, and appreciated the excellent location, which was convenient and well-regarded. Many found the breakfast to have good variety and quality, though some noted issues with replenishment and freshness. While several guests enjoyed the spacious rooms and overall structure, there were repeated concerns about maintenance, cleanliness, and the need for updates in rooms and bathrooms. The hotel offers good value for money, but improvements in infrastructure and amenities would enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
