Location is great - on the hill apart from all other hotels with marvelous view from numbers (exept from ground floor). Numbers on the corner have two balconies. Bicycles for free (but you have to stand up before others to take yours).
Wi-fi works only on ground floor.

Helpful, friendly staff
The residence had clearly been built without a shred of acoustic insulation so that even the activity of the quiet guests - and some were not very quiet - impinged.

A charming hotel, situated on the slope with a magnificent view of the mountains and the city.
The surrounding mountains obscured the sun, but it's probably not a big problem.

There is no air-condition -- impossible to stay in room in hot weather (and weather is hot all the time in summer). The price is ridiculously high in comparison with other hotels in this location (Riva del Garda). We left Residence Marina after first night (even though we had booking for 6 nights, and we did not get refund for it) and found a better place -- with air condition, closer to the beach, closer to the center, and cheaper too.

Great spot overlooking the marina and town with the stunning mountains in the background. The room was bright, spacious, with a great balconey for breakfast in the morning. Functional kitchenette. Worth paying that bit extra for.
No complaints. More convenient to have a car if travelling with kids or elderly to get to.
