The pickup went great, and the car was very nice. Unfortunately my drop off was on a day when the location was closed so the lot was full and hard to access. Not the locations fault, but it makes things tough.

I went to the rental location. I was told that they did not have any cars. While waiting for an uber to go back to the hotel, someone returned a car that was then provided to me. While all of this was happening, I asked to use the restroom and was told it was only for employees. When I was finalizing my rental agreement, another customer came in and asked for the restroom while he waited, and he was told it was ok to use it. So, why was a paying customer like myself denied the use of the restroom, and another paying customer was allowed to use it? Is it because I am hispanic? I was also charged an extra fee for the car, because I had reserved a compact car, and I got a full car. Was this my fault? That you ran out of inventory? I had to take the first car that came in!!!

Super long, slow moving line to pickup the car in Boston. We had booked at another location that closed super early (I should have double checked their hours), so we had to go out to the airport location and wait in line for nearly 45 minutes and pay more than double our original booked price, so that was a bit annoying. Maybe side-issue: my email service (gmail) converted local times to my home time, so I was under the impression our car was booked for 5pm, when it was booked for 3pm, so it added to the confusion...

They told us we could pick up car and deliver it to site in cambridge. No one was there for pick up or drop off. Since we had to get the car we had to get on metro and go into Boston and wasted a good three hours running around trying to find place. Would absolutely not recommend them to Anyone
