Pros:I was prompted to purchase insurance through your platform, which I did through Allianz for an added fee. However, I was then alerted by the rental facility where I rented the car that this insurance does not function the same way as their insurance and that, if I got in an accident, I would have to contact Allianz and file a separate claim, which would make the process much more difficult and time-consuming. Essentially, I purchased an add on through your platform that did nothing. Pros:The staff was terrific, especially at drop-off. The person who gave me a lift home was very professional yet still quite friendly. I think you employ really terrific people.Cons:It was a one-way rental and the cost was rather exorbitant. Pros:I was a few minutes late and the Rental staff called to make sure I was still coming for pickupCons:It was not disclosed at the time of booking that rental required a 3-day $250 hold on the card used for reservation.
