Pros (+) I stayed 4 night and everyone was nice and everything I needed was close by.

Pros (+) I prefer smooth floors (laminate, wood, or whatever) over the carpet most places have (which almost never get shampooed, and need it extensively because some guests are sloppy or abusive). Seems like they were maybe doing a little renovation (how much, I couldn't tell), room smelled of fresh paint or something.
Cons (-) Most places when they offer a fridge either have half fridges (like here) or little cube ones. If I'm staying more than a night or two I tend to need a bit more space. Breakfast was very minor (juice, coffee, danish, oatmeal). Furniture was typical of most places (abused a bit and worn, usually because of bad guests).
