10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely magical B&B! Loved the staff, the wonderful breakfasts of all products made locally, the onsite restaurant where the chef cooked what felt like a dinner just for us (which was delicious), the beautiful grounds...just about everything!
Cons: I would have liked less fluffy pillows or a choice of pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the welcoming, the location, the breakfast. Perfect stay for a week end!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Yannick was a wonderful host. Thanks for you suggestions about what to do. Great location to tour the Rocamadour region in a typical French way.
Cons: No tea/coffee making facilities which I found difficult as I am a tea aholic! Only place we have come across without this facility.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Elegant setting, excellent restaurant, good parking
Cons: Location a little far from main city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice friendly and very helpful host
Cons: Like:all of it !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility and grounds were beautiful. The room was very large and comfortable. The on site restaurant was excellent with delicious food and good value. The chef was kind enough to share his beef bourguignon recipe with me. The best I've had.
Cons: Nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: Very quiet, large and beautifully decorated room, great bed, good albeit noisy A/C.
Cons: Plenty of flies in the breakfast room. WiFi non-existant in our room (Rouanne)! Strong urine odor in the toilet room. No shampoo and body wash in the bathroom only 2 small useless packs with traces of shampoo.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is wonderful, the welcome by the host was really warm, the rooms were large and well decorated... BUT ... see below
Cons: within minutes of arriving we were told to keep the windows and front door shut because of the flies... at first we didn’t think too much of that until we tried to go to sleep and found that we were woken up repeatedly with flies landing on us... at breakfast we found tee had to swipe the flies away as we ate and sadly after only a short time at the pool we had to leave because we were so fed up of swatting away the flies... such a shame as the pool area looked so nice!! We were very unhappy about the flies... it spoilt our stay!

Pros: Swimming pool Nice staff
Cons: Bit out of the way

Pros: The setting s definately very romantic and beautiful, ... IT was very quiet and sereen . IT was super clean and practical!
Cons: Breakfast? Meh ... not good ... we immediatly heard that 'that Bread is reserved' ... quite odd ... coffee was cold ... Well ... not the best breakfast :-)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect for the village.....not on the busy Main Street but very close to the steps leading down the valley side. So, peaceful at night but also close to other reasonable restaurants. And all with free all-day parking. The only draw-back for some (not for us) might be that there is no swimming pool.
Cons: No cover in the car park during a very hot day!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was easy to find, (hotel website gives good route instructions) and had good parking. The receptionist was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view. We arranged to eat at the hotel opposite in the evening. Had very good food, with tables outdoors; some flies around, but it was a very hot and unavoidable. Good air conditioning in our room. Excellent breakfast in dining room with great views. It was easy to get down to the church, and further to the Main Street, using the 2 funiculars.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent

6.7 Good
Pros: Lovely location at the top of Rocamadour. Good powerful shower, quite a good breakfast.
Cons: The room was small and dark, although there was a big window in a sort of alcove. Tiny bathroom. A really basic room which should not cost more than £40.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern bathroom. Windows easily accessible. Aircon was good.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff, room, view and food. Will recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel just in the heart od Rocamadour, rooms were spacious and well equipped with stunning views, location couldn't be better, food in the restaurant was simply incredible, it was great that the parking was just outside of the hotel

Pros: You will enjoy the approachable staff, the views, decor of the rooms and the comfortable bed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Reception area was magnificent with a beautiful oak staircase and stone fireplace. The location is perfect in the centre with parking. Hotel staff were super-helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright with lovely view across the valley. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food was superb. Will definitely be back
Cons: Liked everything
6.7 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: It was dirty and it was a complete mess with cars
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cool location in the middle of the only street in town...on a pedestrian road, but parking across from the entrance!
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.
7.3 Good
Pros: I loved the traditional architecture of the hotel and its idyllic location.
Cons: The bathroom ! This really needed updating-bigstyle!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Situated in the heart of the old town. Wonderful view from our bedroom. Comfortable and spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent food served.
Cons: The hordes of day-trippers that come to Rocamadour during the daytime (they cleared out after 6pm thankfully).
6.3 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff and an excellent location. Clean & tidy room.
Cons: If I was being picky, the grouting around the bath/shower was mouldy and discoloured which doesn't look good and is easy enough to sort out. Parking is possible but you have to squeeze in three deep and the keys are left with reception so cars can be moved if necessary. If you aren't happy about that, they can be parked down the road or in the garage, if there is room.
7.3 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and the room was full of character. The bathroom was very modern and had a separate shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was so quiet despite overlooking the main street in the old town. At about 8.45 am we were the only signs of life in the old village - no other people and no animals on the street. This was a great way to see the place before the crowds arrived. Rides to the top level as soon as they opened (9 am) let us explore there before the coaches started to arrive. Parking was not a problem even though the area was quite small and reception saw to any re-positioning of vehicles as needed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, fantastic room and great value for money
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect.
Cons:
6.8 Good
Pros: excellent location
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, and was the main reason we booked. however, having stayed in several other Best western hotels around France during the same holiday I do think that it was slightly overpriced, despite its location. Having said that, the room was excellent and staff very amenable.
Cons:
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location, friendly staff and excellent restaurant
Cons: Access to hotel and car parking could have been better explained preferably on the booking confirmation. Air conditioning poor.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for Rocamadour and the upper Dordogne Valley Comfortable room and bed Relaxing surroundings Easy parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well located hotel situated above old Rocamadour on the top of the cliff allowing easy access to all the facilities of the small town hewn into the cliff face. At the same time the new small town on top of the cliff was easily within walking distance on the flat with restaurants and shops and a glorious view down through the valley to the Chateau towering above.
Cons: Nothing to report
6.7 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.
Cons: We requested a room with a sitting area but we didn’t have one. The hotel states that there is a pool but we never saw one nor was it mentioned when we checked in. Receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked for ice and a wine glass.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is clean and new, however is very small and with few staff, so it is a place only for sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good. The room was comfortable and sooo COOL thanks to proper a/c. Staff were helpful in telling us about accessing the city and location of restaurants. The breakfast in the garden was lovely and the outside areas of the hotel were tranquil and shady. ( heatwave)
Cons: Can't think of anything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: wonderfull location, nice pool, beautiful park, warm welcome
Cons: Breakfast quite pricey, rooms not very spacious
7.9 Good
Pros: Staffs are really helpfull and nice breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything about this place, it actually felt more like a welcoming home than a hotel. Wide hallways, large open areas, plenty of glass and natural light and not many rooms. The pool area was lovely and very clean. In fact the whole place was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious and modern with our own private courtyard. The owners were very welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was exceptional. It is also perfectly located between the old town area and the new, I would highly recommend this property,
Cons: There is nothing negative about this property. It was exceptional.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room with aircon
Cons: To many flies/mosquitoes/wasps.difficult to get in the swimming pool with the wasps also wasps around at breakfast time

Pros: We liked absolutely everything ! The property has a wonderful setting and vistas, fabulous rooms, and you MUST Have dinner there, outdoors, under a magnificent large ancient shade tree. The very best meal we’ve ever had in France, or perhaps, anywhere. Frank, the host, is a truly fine gentleman. Super pool. If you want to stroll to the sanctuary church in Rocamadour , it is a 25 minute walk, tops. Perfect location for visiting Rocamadour . We hit the jackpot by staying here.
Cons: You cannot possible dislike anything here.

Pros: Loved being in the beautiful French countryside with wonderful access to the swimming pool. The best part is enjoying their wonderful food under the beautiful tree on a late summers evening- we just wished we had booked for longer.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was fabulous
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: I loved the cabin and the sorroundings
Cons: We've stayed there for 3 nights. in the middle of the third night, when we were asleep, the smoke detector went off and we had to rise above a chair to remove it from the ceiling and remove the pile. It was awful, because we had 1 child of 5 years and 1 baby of 1. When I complained about that, they did not even said they were sory. they told me: well, it's normal, maybe the piles are old! In addition, at the end of the stay we were accused by the staff of splitting a plastic chair from the front porch and placing it on the porch of another house. Although we stated that we did not do it the staff insisted that we had to pay for the chair. I said that I would not pay because it was not right to pay for something that we did not break and we ended up not paying; but there was 1 huge insistence on the accusation.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean campsite. Friendly staff that we very helpful. Super accommodation and facilities. Lovely friendly atmosphere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ease of checking in, option to get bedding (as we didn't have any with us), and willingness of the guy at reception to help in booking visit to the caves
Cons: The space in the cabin was a bit crammed (especially the rooms, and not much space for luggage), but we only needed the place for one night. All in all I was actually quite impressed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous campsite. Extremely clean and a great set up catering for all ages
Cons: food wasn’t available during the day and it’s only a small menu. A wider choice would’ve been appreciated.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Excellent location. Very friendly personal.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s great for kids. Modern and very clean. The kids club was fun. The pool area nice and safe for little ones.
Cons: We only booked for one night and found out on check in that we needed to hire bedding which was another $45 Euros on top of what we paid. We have stayed at other cabins and for one or two nights it’s been provided. You also have to clean or pay a cleaning fee and again as it was only for one night we didn’t have cleaning things with us. The rooms were very hot with no fans. We also arrived 45 mins ahead of check in. While I didn’t expect my room to be ready they told us we could not wait there or let our children cool down in the pool and made us wait with two babies in the carpark.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well organised with friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very proactive, park was meticulously clean. Great facilities for children like covered pool and trampoline.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very new.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right at the top of the hill over looking the old town. Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful.
6.3 Good
Pros: The proximity to the old town, and the view from up high was great! The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The bed was too hard for me. Two of the wall plugs did not work. I travel with a CPAP machine for sleeping and I need to recharge mobile devices so I need wall plugs that work! Most important, I couldn’t have a shower! The control had a hot and cold that turned. I tried every which way but no cold so the water was scalding! I tried to convey this to the front desk in the morning (there was no one there after 6pm) but the language barrier made it difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Great location to Cité and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming staff.
Cons: Room was on the small side.

Pros: The location is perfect, many restaurants around and the supermarket just there. The big terrace was really nice, we had breakfast in our private terrace... super!
Cons: Our room was just over the supermarket and we could not sleep after 6:30 am because of the noise.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were really welcoming and sweet. It was a pleasure to be greeted with smile after a long day of driving. The next day when we were checking out, we didn't have the breakfast but we're offered a free coffee. I think that was a really sweet gesture. The rooms were quite small but well equipped. This hotel is basic and good for short trip. Location is good - 10m walk from the historic town of rocamadour. Views of the town from across the hotel are fabulous.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.
Cons: Very small shower. No eating or drinking in the room or on the terrace.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, car parking no problem. Location excellent, friendly staff. Nice room in a modern type of establishment in a very old area of France. Breakfast - all that you could consume ( and more).
Cons: No complaints to offer - all good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room, food, staff
Cons: Parking
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, at the bottom of the grand staircase, is completely unbeatable. It is probably the best place in town location wise, but also has a very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend
Cons: Like many hotels in Europe, the bathroom facilities including the shower seem to be designed for smaller size people, so if you’re 6 feet tall or bigger you may find it a little cramped. Not their fault, as that’s typical of what we found in France, but just be aware
7.9 Good
Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of the old town
Cons: No air conditioning. Little bit old and tired in style needed a few new bits of furniture

Pros: Plate de jour was superb
Cons: A lot of flies around
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A bright and modern feel to this well placed hotel. Cheerful staff and a relaxed ambience. Bedroom was bright clean and cheerful and bathroom bright clean and modern.
Cons: The only problem was that there was no air conditioning or fan provided in the bedroom on what was an extremely hot night. A fan in the bedroom would have helped. The meal in the restaurant was well presented and tasty.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view was excellent.
Cons: The smell from the drains in our bathroom was awful. The hotel knew they had a problem but they still gave us a room that had stinking drains. At first we thought it was caused by the strong sun and a damp bathroom so we opened the window which helped. On the second day it was really bad so I complained. They knew straight away what I was talking about. Instead of a reduction in cost, which the duty manager promised, all they offered the next day was a free breakfast. Avoid this hotel!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A lovely location and extremely gracious and helpful hosts. Nice view, and really nice restaurant and patio with outdoor seating. Liked the area up on the hill above the town very much!
Cons: Room clean though a bit worn about the edges. Nice view. A bit smaller than we expected.

4.0 Okay
Cons: At the time of our arrival an orgenized group came to the reception but only one person was there (Ms. Villemonde). She told us that the owner was at the hospital, and that they don't use the aircondition to save money. We told her that we were notified that our reservation has been upgraded to a room with balcony, but she refused to accept this. We were ready to pay but when we saw the room there was no balcony but a chair with a small round table outside the room. We returned to the receptionist and she behaved very badly. The place is built for aged people and we felt like staying in such place.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool is large, breakfast buffet,
Cons: Bed not really confortable: mattress need to be replaced. No scrambled eggs or omelett at breakfast, need to cook your egg and just boiled it....people at the front desk are not very enjoying. Building need to be refresh a little bit with some decoration inside, atmosphere is too neutral...to be fresh
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great reception, parking superb- safe and secure for our motorbike. Restaurant on site with good food, and staff attentive. Ideally situated for visiting Rocamadour... walking down and if not energetic a lift to take you back up! View point 2 minutes up the road for when the city is lit up at night.
Cons: It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and some normal black tea available for breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: breakfast was fine; we had a lovely dinner on the terrace of the nearby restaurant; staff was quite helpful
Cons: our room looked out on the parking lot, but that's life
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice, and the bed comfortable. We slept very well there.
Cons: The pool area was not so clean, and there was no protection from the sun, like parasols etc.
4.2 Okay
Pros: it was the only place around that could accomodate us all
Cons: standoffish staff on arrival, out dated room, with a pretty useless shower, on a roasting august day the pool was welcome but disappointed to see a black scum mark all around, obviously hadnt been cleaned for a while, we have stayed in better places for a lot less
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable room with great air-con. Spacious shower. Excellent location.
Cons: No wi-fi in the room was very frustrating; worked ok in common areas! Flies on the breakfast!!
7.1 Good
Cons: Electricity outlets - very few, and hard to reach

Pros: One of the staff ( the woman ) was less professional than the other . I felt she was quite defensive when I asked to change to a larger room as the one she had given us was too small. ( room no.3 , there was hardly room to put our luggage on the floor ) . She said “ is too small for just you , or for people “ . Not sure what she meant but she didn’t say it in a friendly manner anyway . The man was much more accommodating and just gave us the keys for other rooms in the same price bracket and asked us to choose one , which we did. We felt the room wasn’t really good value at €55 , we’ve stayed at many places for that price on this trip and this was the least appealing . Didn’t stay for breakfast as we felt €7:50 is a little steep for just bread , cereal , yoghurt , and a drink
Cons: Sorry, got the DID ,and DIDNT the wrong way round . We liked the fact that we were changed to a slightly bigger room when we asked . Not that much more floor space , but a third bed so we at least had somewhere to put luggage. There was a fan in the wardrobe ( not mentioned to us , even though it was 34c that day ) so we could cool off a little.

Pros: Excellent value, clean, friendly relaxed warm welcome. It was for us an ideal venue travelling through France on return from holiday home in Spain. Would recommend without hesitation for a short stay .
Cons: Nothing to dislike - !

Pros: A wonderful welcome from a charming Dutch lady who seemed to run the hotel almost by herself! Opposite railway station which is, however, about 2 miles from Rocamadour.

Pros: Friendly desk staff. Great location
Cons: Restaurant was not busy yet reluctant to sell me just a dessert and drink. After a discussion, they agreed.

Pros: Fantastic location in the centre of historic Rocamadour. Close to visitor sites and a range of restaurants in this popular visitor stop.
Cons: Very small room with no air conditioning during a very hot period.

Pros: Very friendly manager who even helped me get a train ticket and taxi
Cons: Only a personal preference but the pillows were far too soft especially as the bed had no headboard so couldn't use them for support whilst watching tv

Pros: Location
6.3 Good
Pros: Location Friendly helpful staff
Cons: The ridiculous small room that was cluttered with furniture which made moving around the room difficult and frustrating. In reality the room we were in should have only 1 single bed. Hot stuffy room with no air conditioning and by opening window only allowed the outside hot breeze to flow into the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very well located hotel in Rocamadour with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal continental but OK. Room was comfortable and had a nice view.
Cons: More choice for breakfast, like cereals and boiled eggs would have been nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The peace and quiet, the room service which was unexpected, the friendly owners who offered local knowledge, having breakfast at one big table and meeting other guests, the proximity to Rocamadour and other sites
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: The Hotel is in very nice 450 years old building in a small village. It is also very romantic - as you are in the middle of beautiful nature you can observe the sky from the window and see plenty of stars (this in not possible anymore in big cities because of to many lights). The rooms are renovated, very nice and clean. The bathroom has also the massage shower. The breakfast was very good and the owners of the Hotel were very nice and kind. This hotel will for sure remain in our hearts and we will recommend it to our friends.
Cons: I would suggest to put more indications from the main roads to find the Hotel easily. We had the navigation, but is was still not so easy.
8.0 Excellent
