Cons (-) The maid completely forgot to clean our room the days we were there.

Pros (+) It was very clean, beds and linens were nice ( no stains), continental breakfast included.
Cons (-) There wasn't a microwave in our room. Maybe in some of the others, I didn't check prior to booking it.
