Cons (-) Absolutely terrifying experience. Upon first arriving they “didn’t have my reservation” I had already paid in full and had a confirmation number, email etc... I called customer service and they got that straightened out. I go back in after getting off the phone and the older male desk “manager” started hitting on me! Telling me I was beautiful, he was tired too can he come sleep with me!! I tried ...

Cons (-) The water volume is really small. No bathtub. If can changed to better shower head, will be more comfortable.

Pros (+) Ok for the price because Chicago area is expensive. Clean enough
Cons (-) First room that we got had a strong smoke smell but they changed for us. Staff was not rude but not friendly. Bit far from downtown Chicago. No breakfast included.
