Pros:Quiet and staff was decent.
Cons:More staff.
Cons:Absolutely terrifying experience. Upon first arriving they “didn’t have my reservation” I had already paid in full and had a confirmation number, email etc... I called customer service and they got that straightened out. I go back in after getting off the phone and the older male desk “manager” started hitting on me! Telling me I was beautiful, he was tired too can he come sleep with me!! I tried to not make a big deal about it, got my room key and went to my room. My room was FILTHY there was a piece of greasy sausage on the floor, PUBES ALL OVER THE PLACE, crumbs all over it was terrible! I would’ve asked to be moved to another room but the guy had already made me feel beyond uncomfortable with his sexual advances towards me!! I’ve asked for a refund and they are refusing. They need to make this right!
Pros:New remodeling motel. Clean and basic. Value of money.
Cons:The water volume is really small. No bathtub. If can changed to better shower head, will be more comfortable.
Pros:Ok for the price because Chicago area is expensive. Clean enough
Cons:First room that we got had a strong smoke smell but they changed for us. Staff was not rude but not friendly. Bit far from downtown Chicago. No breakfast included.

Cons:bedsheets dirty-had to change ourselves, non-smoking room had smoky odor and smoke entered bathroom from other rooms when fan was turned on, hotel walkways dirty, other guests smoking out on the walkways, no outdoor smoking area or ashtrays, carpet in room was in poor condition, tv picture was distorted, poor quality, and minimal channels available, bed mattresses sagged.
