The location was perfect for our needs, the staff was wonderful. We arrived very early and the staff moved our luggage from storage to our rooms when they became available. Breakfast was very good and we ate dinner in the rooftop restaurant. The ONLY downside was the pillows were not as fluffy as we are accustomed too. Thanks to all at Albergo Ottocento
