Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions and transport links, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. Many also highlight the spacious and clean rooms, with several mentioning daily cleaning services. The staff is frequently described as helpful and attentive. However, there are repeated complaints about the bathrooms, particularly regarding maintenance issues and the inconvenience of private bathrooms being located outside the rooms. Some guests also mention minor issues with check-in and key access, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially in terms of location, cleanliness, and room size.
