Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the pool area, cleanliness, and some aspects of the location. However, many were dissatisfied with the service, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and were frustrated by extra charges for amenities like towels, sunbeds, and Wi-Fi. Value for money was a common concern, with several guests feeling that the additional costs were not clearly communicated and detracted from the overall experience. While some found the location convenient and relaxing, others noted it was isolated or required a car. Overall, the hotel has strong potential but needs improvements in service and transparency.
