Key card door locks don't work. Hallway base boards filthy. Room A/C not work on high. Room door lock kind-a works, push down hard on door handle to engage dead bolt. Ownership rude, to staff & argumentative to us. bad paint everywhere. 1 star or less!
Desk clerk was very, very helpful.
everything was fine
It was convenient
It was dingy could use some deep cleaning
The front desk lady was super sweet.
Even though there is new carpet, I can still smell curry or tumeric spices in the hallways. It is a very strong smell.
The furniture in the room was new and more than adequate. The bed was a little solid, but that's better than being too flimsy
The hallway stank even though the whole hall was non-smoking (I left there with an upper respiratory infection), breakfast had fewer options than any other place I'd ever been to, and the King room was on the small side.
Not a good breakfast no fruit , smelled like smoke and garlic all the time I would rate this as a one star
Had to 'fight' w/mgr to get no-smoking room...1st said he did not have any Drab overall condition of facility...lots of dirt on hallway walls 3 floors...NO ELEVATOR
