Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff as the best aspect of the hotel. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and satisfying, with both sweet and savory options. The location is praised for its proximity to the train station and local attractions. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with small, dark rooms and issues with cleanliness or outdated facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and breakfast experience stand out in most reviews.

Pros (+) The hotel is a small building with small but clean and comfy rooms. Wi-fi works perfectly fine, there's air conditioner in every room (extra charge for using it). Very affordable hotel. What I liked the most is that it is 4mins away from Roma Termini (train station) walking... It's a HUGE advantage and it will save you some money and time.
Cons (-) I didn't like the air conditioning was an extra charge (€5 per 24hrs). But everything else exceeded my expectations considering the price.
