The staff were very polite and helpful. The local area had good restaurants.
Wifi exists but was not open for public use. However I did not ask but am sure if I had the staff would have let me use it.
Location is amazing. it's a walking distance from most of the places we wanted to visit. Friendly staff, cleanliness, no noise.
It's a very pleasant hotel. Location is beautiful. I like everyday cleaning and WC purity.
Central location, pleasant staff
Cleaners making lots of noise in the hallways at 8 am although this was better after i mentioned it to Reception.
Excellent refurbished friendly hotel close to the main station and to the Metro, but on a small quiet street that has four or five good restaurants and a little supermarket to buy water and snacks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was excellent.
the staff were very helpful & friendly, breakfast was good, the hotel was in a good location and had great character. the air conditioning was great in the Rome humidity. we would definitely stay here again. it is quite expensive but it is worth it.
Very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in early. The rooms were lovely and clean. Actually larger than I thought they would be. I loved the little antique lift. I would stay here again and recomend it to friends. Off the main drag so it was quite but still close to things.
A little hard to find, but our taxi driver was not the most intelligent. My sister stayed at the hotel also and her taxi driver didn't seem to have a problem finding it.
clean and updated room, friendly staff, nice breakfast
very friendly and pleasant staff, very clean rooms and facilities, great location
Delighting interiors and furnishings, newly made/renovated so both high quality and charming old style; nice and helpful staff; room very soundproof; very private and cosy atmosphere. Breakfast in vinegraped atrium. Photos do not show really hotel's beauty, it's fascinating!
