Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenient access to attractions and transport. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as unclean rooms, mold, and bed bugs. Service is also a frequent concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and poor communication. Bathrooms often receive negative feedback for maintenance problems, lack of hot water, and general disrepair. While some guests find the value acceptable, overall, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
