Pros (+) It was inexpensive, I think the new owners are trying but have a ways to go.
Cons (-) Pulled back the covers on both beds, the first one looked like someone didn't wipe after using the bathroom and sat on the edge of the bed, there was an 8 inch long brown skidmark. I don't know if the sheets had been washed or not. The other bed had what looked like a blood stain on the sheets next to the pillow, and the sheets were crumpled up in the middle as if someone had been lying there. The...
