The AC was broken and they did not even offer us a fan to make the room bearable. This was in the middle of a heat wave and the room was sweltering. They just told us they would try to fix it tomorrow and then stopped answering our calls or texts. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Pros (+) Beautiful memory foam mattress and pillow. Luxury rain shower and bathroom. Our best stay in Italy.
Cons (-) We received the smallest room 150 sq feet. It wasn't in the photos on the website and were surprised how small it was. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a problem.
