Hotel is hostile to 3rd party apps (like this one) The staff will refuse to help you and deliberately avoid passing you to a supervisor. They will take your money regardless if you actually stay there or not. Do not get caught in the scam, avoid this Hotel.

Cons (-) I was disappointed that parking was NOT free as advertised on the kayak.com and Expedia.com websites

Pros (+) We were there only a short time. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) There was a lingering smoke smell in the bathroom. In addition, it would have been nice to have queen sized beds instead of full size. It was small for two people to share a bed!

Pros (+) Nothing at all. Toilet was not clean, elevator was broken, breakfast was nasty. I could go on for days. Beds were old and I felt springs from bed when laying down. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here felt like I was at a motel.

Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and courteous, the shuttle drivers were prompt and the room was updated with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. We had a great dinner at the restaurant at the end of the building, Shoeless Joe's, which was easy to walk to and open late. With free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and proximity to O'hare airport, can't beat it.
