Recliner in room was trash - no seat springs at all. Bathroom was tired. Check-in staff were cold and unwelcoming. Only the location was a very positive feature.
I like the convenience of having the hotel located across from terminal 2 at O'Hare. An easy walk underground from the hotel to the terminal. The hotel has very nice rooms and it is quiet despite being next to the airport. It has two good restaurants, one casual and one upscale. The fitness center is like a spa.
Pros. Luxury and relaxation for one night during travel. Being at the airport to make it easy to get to terminal
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Nice beds and AC
Cons. Cleanliness and more eating options
Cons. Shower and general update needed
Pros. Next to airport
Cons. They took advantage of flight cancellations and jacked rates up to over $400. Hotel is very worn and even if clean would still only offer comfort of budget motel
