Pros: Breakfast was great - high quality Foods and excellent service. Wonderful breakfast restaurant With the possibility to sit outside With Ocean and pool views
Cons: Beach area was "towelled" from early morning, in some cases With guests not having showed up by lunch time. When there were no beds available this was quite irritating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not my first time staying at this hotel it’s an amazing hotel in an amazing location
Cons: Nothing that’s why I keep returning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The hotel is outstanding. The food incredible.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had booked a Junior Suite to realize this was more like an apartment-hotel room with kitchen etc. far away from the main building of the hotel. We were not happy with the room and the reception staff was very friendly and accommodating changing us to a deluxe double room and have us pay even 1000 euro less for it. Since then things only got better. Nice pool and beach facilities. Great breakfast and dinner, specially the Mediterranean restaurant. The Wine Vault is somewhat overrated. Very good location close to the marina of Rovinj as well as Rovinj center which you can all visit by foot. Very nice SPA and excellent massages.
Cons: No coffee in the room. We had a few technical problems i.e. minibar did not cool, one of the bathroom drains was clogged, but after leaving a note things were fixed within the day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location, excellent restaurant at Vine Vault and very responsive staff. Definitely a 5* experience.
Cons: Could be a little tricky finding a sunbed by the pool if later in the day.
7.9 Good
Pros: Position
Cons: Gym was poor; equipment old Very cramped pool area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, which was made all the better by the exceptional bathroom incorporating a fabulous shower with great water pressure. Despite their long working hours all staff were professional, pleasant and helpful at all times making our stay most enjoyable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, great ambience, attentive staff, beautiful room, great restaurant, very family friendly, wonderful beach and pool area. Truly can’t fault a single thing. A very pleasant discovery. I will be back
Cons: Nothing. It was totally perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and top quality hotel with excellent service - quiet place in pine green, quiet pool, spacious rooms, great see or forest view, walking distance to centre of Rovinj, close to beach, beach was obviously more crowded but staying at quiet pool with beach visits (few steps down) proved to be best for us. Will come back again.
Cons: Breakfast selection was great but for extra ready made orders (ie eggs, bacon) we had to wait (several times) longer than necessary which was a little bit disturbing. Otherwise nothing to mention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about the Hotel especially the massages at the Spa and the Chef's table.
Cons: Nothing.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for children .This is 100% kids hotel. Very nice. New hotel with a lot facilities for children, specially kindergarten available all day including in price. Our girl was extremely satisfied. Staff is very polite, professional, friendly. Girls from reception amazing helpful. Girls in kindergarten absolutely wonderful. You can live your children there with no worries. Safe, clean, polite. Shuttle is available every day from hotel to city (included in price) 5 min driving, you have also boat from hotel to city 10min Everything is well organised for full comfort.Rovinj is beautiful city..Not crowded which is very important we stayed in high season..No need to run swimming pool/ beach . Very good Wi-Fi , big parking. In one word your children will be very happy, for parents I don’t know
Cons: Food is little bit “boring “ I suppose there is no “serious “ chef . Salad is from “bags” I suppose Lidl , very little local food, fruits every day the same, dessert also ..No fresh baked bread.I don’t want to sound “spoiled “ but this is the fact. Of course the kids won't notice it.. For the rest always can be something “better “ to change but general picture is 9,5 (-0,5 is for food).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice family hotel, sea views from almost every room. You can tell that there is a lot of effort on all fronts to make your stay enjoyable. Fresh and delicious food made every meal.
Cons: Some adult guests can be quite overbearing, arrogant and just plain rude. Suggest handing out a sheet with house rules especially to German guests who walk around like they own the place....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel both for kids and adults. So many great activities for the kids. Great pools and beach. Good food. Super clean. Very nice staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel for children- the kids club was very well organised with plenty on offer and lovely staff. The local town of Rovinj is beautiful and well worth a trip, as well as a dolphin spotting trip.
Cons: It would be good to separate the children's food area from the adults in the restaurant, as there were a lot of adults queuing to use the children area as well as the two adult areas either side, making it difficult of rtes children to access the food themselves. Slightly earlier evening entertainiment for the children would be good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second time here and absolutely happy. Great service, amazing food and beautiful room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place and facilities.. exactly all you need to chill out and enjoy time with your little ones ...and for your self!
Cons: Only down side is they don't accept dogs! Otherwise this is great stay for family with kids
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with incredible good children care and activities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing for families!
Cons: Would be nice to have somewhere quiet without kids to go to when the kids are in clubs!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional hotel with great service and facilities for kids. Recommended for everyone with kids.
Cons: Nothing in particular
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good food at buffet for both adults and children, nice rooms, excellent swimming pools and facilities for kids. Water taxi into Rovinj was very convenient.
Cons: Coffee not provided at meals apart from breakfast, evening entertainment for kids can be improved upon.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Noise in the evening until midnight
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Pillows too big
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location on the harbour. Our suite had a balcony and views to the islands. Our room and bathroom a good size for family of 4. Use of the other hotels in the group was a real bonus. We took the complimentary ferry over to St Katharina one morning ti a quiet beach with SUP and kayaks available. Sun lounger, towels and chairs provided. Sitting outside the hotel eating a delicious and generous breakfast. We also enjoyed dinner there. It felt like a treat!
Cons: The only fault was the air conditioning which we could not regulate.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Sunday morning trio to listen to
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning decor. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view. Everything worked properly and seemed to be well thought out.
Cons: There was one waitress in the bar area who let the hotel down. She was quite abrupt and unfriendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff and cleanliness
Cons: Internet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great right in the heart of Rovinj overlooking the water
Cons: Food staff in the restaurant for breakfast ignore you. Twice we had to ask someone for service. There were only 3 tables taken and 3 waiters inside talking.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was good. The decoration was artsy and the overall feeling very nice.
Cons: We had our honeymoon at the hotel which I told them about two months in advance. I requested a room with a nice view and with a bathtub. However, we actually got a room with no view at all (all we saw was the air-conditioning device from the opposite building which was a few meters away). Needless to say, there was also no bathtub in the room. Another thing which we really didn’t like was the breakfast. It was not self-service and the choice was truly poor. Bread, jam, a bit of fruit and eggs in about five different ways. If you have any food intolerances, spare yourself the trouble of coming to this hotel. However, if you have no problems with food intolerances and don’t mind eating eggs day after day with no vegetables (we couldn’t get a single avocado in the whole of Rovinj), then this hotel, which is otherwise very lovely and has nice staff, is the right choice for you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is wonderful. The staff was friendly and the food excellent. I was beyond happy with this booking. This hotel is charming and beautiful.
Cons: The arrival details could have been explained better. I was given a parking lot location to meet and I was supposed to be carted in. When I called I was told to drive in which was a bit difficult since I didn't have any idea of where I was going.

7.9 Good
Pros: Pillow to high.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The restaurants are closed for the daytime, open at 18-30, on the site they have another information Very crowded, a lot of people on the beach , they have the common beach with the municipality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very professional and friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. Top notch.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Amazing beach and pool! Towels, chairs, and shade included in the price. Great location - private and remote area yet plenty of restaurants, stores, and Rovinj centre within walking distance. Amazing bathroom with powerful and hot water. Great amenities. Awesome wi-fi and TV and casting. Pet friendly! Doggos all around :)
Cons: Poor breakfast: very limited selection, especially if you have allergies or a specific diet. Toaster non-functional. There was a problem with our Jacuzzi which was not dealt with despite reporting it on the first day. Staff were overall excellent but a bit awkward on enough occasions to mention.
4.6 Okay
Cons: - The ones who are experienced travelers know, that a 5 star hotel differs in comfort that the staff and the equipment may support with the service. That's why we choose 5* hotels for our vacations. Because me and my family want comfort which the staff fails to deliver. - Overcrowded beach and pool area, because it is shared with other hotels - Checkout at 11 am, standard in a 5* star hotel is 12 am - Not prepared room when we arrived at 9:30 pm with 2 small children. They let us wait in our room for maintenance to come to bring the beds for children and move the furniture in front of us at night after a long journey. We thought that is a bad joke. - We wanted a king sized bed instead of 2 separate beds, so they pushed them together in front of us and said, that is the same, even though there was a gap between the beds with a metallic bed frame. - We needed a kettle because of the baby, so we called the reception twice to finally get it after a long time of waiting at night 11pm and once our baby finally fall asleep, they called us on the room phone, waking the kids up again, to check, if we have the kettle now. Are you kidding me? Can't you just ask your colleague, instead of ringing the phone before midnight? - These managers don't really know if they are a business or a family oriented hotel for a vacation. - Shared pool with hotel Eden which is a much lower hotel category. Don't get fooled by the pictures. - and the list could go on... For Euro 300+ per night, it simply not worth it. I don't understand why this hotel has such high rating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything loved it
Cons: No coffee in room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is very good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very spacious and breakfast had a great variety of food. The ambiance and service was exceptional outside for dinner and food was delicious. We were very happy with the hotel.
Cons: In our room the bar fridge was too warm so the drinks didn’t appeal to us. The door leading into the bathroom kept getting stuck, it was very hard to manage and the Airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted in the room because I learnt it was centrally controlled.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, position and our room at top of 4th floor had an amazing view.
Cons: Breakfast a bit disorganised. The coffee machine never worked properly and the containers with eggs, bacon etc were small so frequently ran out and one had to wait for new supplies.

Pros: Fantastic hotel experience! If again in Rovinj, we’ll stay longer! I strongly recommend it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and great air conditioning. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Outdated bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Very pleasant staff.
Cons: Rooms only accessible by stairs, but given it was built in the 1700’s would not expect a lift.

Pros: The people/Staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is amazing! Right in the heart of Rovinj in the old town cobbled streets. Around every turn there is a wonderful sea view which takes your breath away. The understated elegance of the hotel separates it from the big mainstream hotels in the area and the simple fresh breakfast was a plus too. With only a few rooms it feels like a home away from home - we will definitely be returning

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel was modern and beautiful. The poll was great.
Cons: Unfortunately our room had an unpleasant, sewer smell. It put a damper on our stay.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Too much stars for such hotel. Good location. Clean. Pool, but only from 11 to 7 evening. Good for kind, safe.
Cons: Stuff still learning. Breakfast very poor, jogurts expired, weak served, no normal coffee for such a stars hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious & a great choice of things.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel but bed not very comfortable for a top hotel - that’s my only complaint - I’m just used to a luxurious bed and the bed in room 102 was too hard! However the hotel was beautiful and more than made up for a too firm bed.
Cons: As I mentioned the bed was not comfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was nice outside Bed was comfortable
Cons: See through glass in bathroom. Room at back of hotel, house across the way and can hear everything people talking at 1am. Always guest next door was playing music until 1am. Not very soundproof. I also asked for room at front but given room at back. Later check out would have been beneficial - 11 is quite early. Air Con!! Seriously fix this!! Like a machine whirling and its not noisy to leave on at night. If rebooking id probably stay in the other hotels.
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities are good, especially the parking if you travel by car. Very dilligence staff.
Cons: The air conditioning request a complete refurbishment, as it is very noisy. The price is on the up side, compare with similar facilities in other comparable (or even more prestigious) locations than Rovinj...But this seems to be a common feature for all hotels in this town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent The pool was lovely The staff were fabulous
Cons: Our view from the balcony - we were at the back of the hotel with just bushes to look at
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely friendly, staff so helpful. Location peaceful since out of central town but close enough to walk to most places of interest in old town and lovely seaside cafes.
Cons: The bathroom had fabulous and expensive fittings but some were not working as well as they should have.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderfully decorated and fitted rooms with a truly luxurious bathroom. Lobby, restaurant and pool / terrace are beautiful and perfect for a serene afternoon
Cons: Parking was very limited and can be a challenge. We found the rates a little high for a non-seafront location but they are not unreasonable given the really beautiful interior and excellent service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was small and personal. Pleasant staff and spotlessly clean.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything , and exceptionally helpful staff Maria.
Cons: Located in heart of old town with no access to car. Must park out of old town and walk. Maria was most helpful and took us with the luggages by the hotel electric car to the parking lot.
7.9 Good
Pros: Charming old building. Warm and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast.
Cons: It was unusually hot during our stay and the air conditioning in the room could not keep up. The room, on the top floor of the hotel, was never cool and thus hard to sleep. Very soft pillows were also a challenge to our sleep. Parking was at a municipal lot a bit of a walk from the hotel and very expensive for a small town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice sized rooms with an old world flair. Very quaint hotel that had been an old villa. Our room had a partial view of the sea. Wish we were in room 22. It had the best view. Cute little breakfast terrace and the staff were very helpful and courteous.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Every thing except the loo!
Cons: Could do with a raised loo seat.loo low so becoming more difficult to use with arthritic joints.

Pros: Location in Old Town, steps from everything. A small historic landmark hotel, formerly a home, fully appointed with antiques and a wonderful staff. Port views from many windows, the second floor has a doning room and balcony and a comfortable living room area with sofas and chairs.
Cons: Our only negative was that in our top floor room, the wifi didn't work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, location, food, room, view, etc. I miss it already. Than you Kristina you are so kind!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Tuttorottowas a small, well run , impeccable, ‘museum’ hotel. The breakfast was ample and varied. The staff were most conscientious.
Cons: The old town of Rovinj is a warren of winding streets. Even with the best directions the location was difficult to find. The parking arrangement is not too far from the hotel but is not affiliated with the property. The parking charge was very reasonable. Trip Advisor indicates parking as an attribute of the hotel which was misleading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, ideal location and relaxed atmosphere.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good and room was comfortable
Cons: Difficult to find as are many of the places in old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stefano he is super!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The first important thing to know is that you cannot arrive by car to the hotel: you must leave the car in a parking lot, and a driver (taxi) then takes you to your destination; this service costs € 13 per day, which are paid upon check-out. The hotel is practically in the center of the village, it is very nice, housed in an old structure but equipped with all comforts. The rooms are large enough, the staff is very kind, starting with Stefano, the hotel manager. Breakfast is more than sufficient and of good quality, with a little preponderance of the salty part. The location is perfect, from here you can reach any place, by pleasant walks; also the pier, from which to leave for the excursions to the islands, is two steps away. The only downside, in my opinion, is daily cleaning, which is a bit superficial and could be better. In any case, this is a place I would recommend
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice. Nice location, super friendly people...good service.....nice big apartment. The breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Prijazno osebje

Pros: Great location... good last minute price... good coffee at breakfast..... will return for sure.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: An absolutely amazing hotel. I hosted my wedding here and it was beyond my expectations. In addition to the incredible beauty and facilities, the staff is exceptional. Wish I could have stayed for a month!
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, views and facilities, plenty to do, whole island kept very clean.
Cons: After 1 day breakfast was moved from a'-la-carte in beautiful listed building with waitress service and quality food/choice, to a 2 star canteen, self service with long queues , noisy, cheaper foods, poorer choice. On complaint just palmed off with excuse but no real change to situation. Therefore rushed breakfast instead of relaxing start to day! This would prevent me booking again
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet accommodation on the island. Away from all the people but close enough that you can go for a swim or join the people at the other resort if you want. Loved having breakfast at the Monestary.
Cons: Bit pricey.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: sumptuously breakfast. very kind staff. nice view.
Cons: price very high. only price. always want cheaper.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location on two islands - just 15 min away by boat from Rovinj yet away from crowds. Walking pathways around the islands (1-1.5km each) - great to watch sunset and moon rise. Beaches - from sandy with easy sea access to sun-beds on rocks in shadow of pines scattered around the islands. Suite design & cleanness, unlimited supply of beach towels. Decent grill restaurant on the smaller second island - lunch on terrace with sea view. Selection of water sports.
Cons: Average dinner - big variety, but “mass production” style preparation. Lack of bottled water on sale.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Walking trails, clear water, clean beaches. Breakfast location (La Serra, Anno Domini 547 restaurant), excellent service and great food. Watching sunset in Captain's club.

Pros: Great breakfast, clean, very good location and nice staff.
Cons: The dinner is just OK for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location perfect, clean, excelent spa
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, a lot of facilities, rich breakfast, nice pools (open and closed) with a very helpful staff. The hotel is located near the beach and a little park is near by. The old city is located in a walking distance - around 15 minutes walk on the beach.
Cons: The parking is a walking distance (5 min.) from the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The staff at the towel drop off/collection point could have been more helpful/cheerful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: The price
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff, entry hall, rooms
Cons: Kitchen smell from the vents, loud garbage truck loading in the middle of the night outside hotel, loud bike every night past midnight (workers shift ending, I guess), few ants in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location was perfect love the atmosphere and friendly staff wish we stayed for longer
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, spa, indoor/outdoor pool. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and very, very kind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel
Cons: Happy
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is very good, the pool an excellent one
Cons: The room was very small. The sea view I paid for was not there, cos it was hidden behind very big trees. The parking is far and no proper support to find it from the staff. Breakfast was basic and nothing interesting, even Espresso coffee I ordered for breakfast was not included as option and I should pay in addition!

4.6 Okay
Pros: The info was valid that the beach is no more than 500 m. The room was clean. They often replace the towels and clean the room.
Cons: From booking it was not obvious that not every room has a kitchen. There was not even a fridge just a minibar to cool the drinks. Rovinj is beautiful but this accomodation was horrible for us. The walls and doors are very thin, we heard every noise from the main corridor. It is a pansion not an apartment, but it was not obvious from booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked Apartment and we really enjoyed our stay appartment is bigger then we expected :) everything was clean and really good equiped with all daily use appleinces that you need for perfect stay. Towels were changed every 2nd day.AC work perfectly but we didnt need to use it. Host was more then frendly we were feeling really welcomed. Parking is really big and safe to let car parked during whole our stay, we rented a bikes so we didnt use car to go in city. Beach is 3mins by walk like grocery store.Im sure that we will stay there next summer as well :) Marcela & Ivan
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property. Family owned and operated who were the most amazing hosts. Breakfast could be purchased on site in a lovely dining room and was exceptionally good.
Cons: Was a little distance from the old town sites and dining. However that being said, still within walking distance if you are in good shape or taxis readily available.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the complete staff is very friendly and helpful always in for a chat a good location 20 minutes walk and you are in the center, 500m and your on the beach The restaurants in Rovinj are good. there are nice mountain bike routes near the coast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although the property is about 25 mins walk from the town centre, there are a few nice local bars and restaurants nearby.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, close to the beach, everybody was helpful.
Cons: The wifi was extremly slow.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: That we got a room on the ground floor and didn't have to climb any steps. They also kept a parking for us which was very kind of them. The lady who received us and checked us in was very pleasant and professional. It was good to know that she had visited the middle east, so I told her to visit Oman too
Cons: All was good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: B&B Exclusive is a nice place to stay in Rovinj. It doesn't have any luxury, but it's not supposed to do so. Very fair price when booked in advance. Our host Lydia was very friendly, even if we had to communicate in several languages at once. Room had a nice terrace to enjoy Croatian's sun. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Bike rental service is also quite handy.
Cons: The only thing that we would say is that the staff could be a bit more fluent in English, but they already speak Croatian, Italian and German from what we could get. We were able to communicate anyway. Location is a bit hidden in a residential area, but not far from coast nor city centre.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Big room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and very kind staff. A lot of parking spaces, unlike most other providers in the area.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just left Rovinj and Hotel Katarina and honestly I was sad to say goodbye.. we chose to start our honeymoon there and it did not disappoint.. amazing location.. quiet.. staff very friendly and helpful.. the place was spotless.. we stayed by the pool but if you wanted to do the beach then it had a tonne of them and loads of private bathing spots around the island... Breakfast was amazing... great selection... you couldn’t go hungry .. we had lunch delivered to us by the pool.. daily specials like club sandwiches were reasonably priced... the boat going back and forth to rovinj took about 5 minutes and it was very enjoyable .. overall it was a great stay with no negatives... we hope to be back....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gardens and pool are amazing , room was very large.
Cons: No fault of the hotel, we hit some bad weather that made our departure complicated. We also mainly came for the pool and to enjoy beautiful Rovinj, both difficult in a downpour. Check typical weather when going as we found severe rain storms to be regularly occurring.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The many places you could relax - all had lovely views and access to swim in the sea. Staff were lovely and always cheerful. All areas were very clean. It has great ambience.
Cons: I felt prices were expensive compared to mainland and being on an island capitalised on that. Main bar didn’t have draft beer, only expensive bottled beer. Dinner main dishes were not that great. Tennis court was not well maintained- the fact it has a court was one of the main reasons we stayed there so this was disappointing. Plus the shooting range was right next to the court, limiting the time you could use it in the day-not a big deal but considering the amount of free space around, seemed a bit daft.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is excellent and the hotel has a very nice park. View on town is magnificent. The pools (saltwater) and the beaches are nice. Sufficient beachbeds.
Cons: The shower cabin is extremely small and the doors can fall out any minute. Small signs of fungus. We had a dead rat under our balcony for two days and upon informing the service staff answer was: you need to talk to the reception. Shuttle boat service was canceled without prior notice because of a fireworks and we were waiting for more than two hours for the boat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Located on a nice and quite island, very good breakfast and friendly staff, shuttle to the town works very well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Island location. Tranquility. Friendly staff.
Cons: WiFi in room could have been better
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Many different beach options on Island, very nice and helpful reception personell, location, views
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Frendly staff, beautiful nature and view, food, clean rooms.
Cons: Wifi connection was very poor in the room, water in the pool was very cold.
7.1 Good
Pros: Excellent location with a beautiful view of the old town of Rovinj. The rooms were simple but were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of different options to suit all tastes. The staff were all incredibly helpful and very friendly.
Cons: Overall I thought the hotel was ever so slightly tired around the edges and relies on the fact that people will be impressed with the unique location and overlook some of the deficiencies. The hotel maintains that sunbeds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests but we found that there are some 'premium' sunbeds in a location which we were asked to pay extra for. The schedule for the ferries is a little bit hit and miss. Make sure you ask exactly which Pier the boat is leaving from.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location next to Rovinj is nice. Also, beach is nice and had pretty good entrance to water. Pools are Ok. Personal was really Ok and trying to help but they have limited abilities.
Cons: Room/Apartment is advertised as 4* (at least that is how I got it :-)) but is really between 2 and 3*. Food was really something I didn't like. It is not properly labeled so you don't know what you eat and very poor set of choices. So as far as food, from 1 to 10 (10 is best), I have to give 1. Comparing to Valamar or Bluesunhotels, they are miles a head of this place. Third bed was very uncomfortable. They also don't advertized but you will have to pay for all stuff in this resort. Watch out. Stuff you get included in other resorts in base price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: brilliant facilities, very clean, nice area & friendly staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I read a lot reviews and I was not sure what to expect. We traveled with our 2-year old son. The beach was great, equipped well (sunbeds, umbrellas, bar, toilets), it was very clean. Pool were really nice and we enjoyed the kids pool. Food was really great, plenty of option to chose. Our room was very nice although bit far from the beach/restaurant > around 500 metres but you can ask for the location in advance I guess and that would help to decide. Taxi boat going every 30 minutes to Rovinj center.
Cons: We went through booking and a mention of the distance of the room from the beach, restaurant would be helpful. One more supermarket next to the restaurant and beach would be appreciated.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was really nice. We liked the beach because it is very big and has also a lot of trees. The terrace at the appartment was ok had a lot of space.
Cons: Very very very small apartment. There is a couch in it that has no purpose. Very small closet. In the bathroom there is no place to put your belongings. In the kitchen there is no place to put the dishes that we washed - you have to dry everything right away. We accidentially manage to get our sheets dirty and they didnt change it until 4 days. They say you have parking but it is not close and you have to fight to get a space free. Also the wifi doesnt work, only near the restaurant. The buffet for breakfast was fine but waaay to crowded. We had little scorpions in the room all the time. Also we were travelling with a 3month old baby. When we said we have a problem they sant a house keeper because they thought we are afraid of killing them but we wanted another room or to disinfect ours. The swimming pools are nice but to small and get very crowded. Also the swimming pool for little kids is not warmer as the others so the water js pretty cold. I would not stay here again because it is waaaay to expensivd for the service that you get.
7.1 Good
Pros: The accommodation units are roomy and nice.
Cons: I was very hot and the aircon was not working efficiently. The technician that came to look at the aircon, also told us that the aircon can only go to a minmum of 24 degrees Celcius. The complex is quite without character or ambience. Quite a steep hill to negotiate to get to the sea or restaurant.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The fact that they don’t inform you that sunchairs and umbrellas are not free. It’s not a problem to pay as there are not enough sunchairs for all the guests, however the guests need to be informed at the time of booking or at the check in.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Situated near Rovinj city , easy to get there, by boat. Very good food (breakfast and also dinner). Nice view. It has supermarket, shops and a bakery
Cons: The room needed some protection for insects.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing The chief staff is so friendly anf professional special tanks to her and the staff
5.4 Okay
Pros: Evening entertainment was OK for younger and older crowd that traditionally visit this areas but not enough for seasoned travelers....
Cons: Food buffet was sufficiently good, although some new inovative food trends could have been presented and adopted in selection. Was too much standard not enough local and healthy options. For this price, i can book better options on Mediterranean market or cruise

7.1 Good
Pros: A lot of space on the beach, enough shadowing trees, clean sea. Silence, no noise on the evening.
Cons: No room cleaning. Towels and bed sheets were changed only upon our direct request.
4.2 Okay
Pros: I didn't have the breakfast
Cons: The accommodation was terrible, not villas - as described more like bunkers They were filthy and I found 2 cockroaches. The curtains were hanging off the rails and the sofa bed didn't work.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location is great and the complex is spacious. The beach is extremely good for someone who is traveling with a family member who has a limited movement, because there is a built ramp into the sea.
Cons: The prices are ridiculously high for a place like this, the apartment was supposed to be cleaned every 4 day, but all that happened was a one time linen change ( we stayed there for 2 weeks) and we had to ask for a change of towels from housekeeping on the 2nd week. There is only one air conditioner in the living room, which is absolutely ridiculous because as a result of this we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open and with four adults staying there it was very uncomfortable. The apartment (that was apostrophes as ‘comfort’) is not comfortable for four adults, the second bedroom is tiny as a sleeping-cabin.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was superb!
Cons: The facility would need some "upgrade" and renovation.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Sea very close, service, swiming pool
Cons: Something to fix
7.1 Good
Pros: A lot of space in apartement.
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to the sea.
Cons: No microwave Owen in comfort apartman.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, plenty of activities for all. Amazing pool.
Cons: The rooms are a little dated for the price. The on-site supermarket is expensive compared to the supermarkets in town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our family for 3 generations love this location and the apartments. We appreciate to get the apartments next to each others, close to the sea, well-equipped kitchen (only micro is missing), clean and spacious apartments with perfect small gardens, sunbeds, parking space, water sports and space at the sea even in a shade.
Cons: 40-50min check-in..... really bad as there are usually only 1-2 receptionists at 2-3PM when all the tourists arrive........ they need to get all the info on everybody and take into a system and it takes ages..... I would recommend a possibility to make the check-in data (name, date of birth, passport number etc.) online sending the tourists links to fill in the date at home 1-2 days before arrival as some of the camps already have in Europe. It would save lots of nerves and energy for everone..... thank you.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beach was very close. The beds were very comfortable to sleep. Good to have air conditioning.
Cons: A bigger table on the terrace would be needed for 4 people. Restaurant closes at 9 pm in the evening that is quite early. Shop is very expensive.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The most comfortable bed in the word. Excellent staff and cosy hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff AC in the room Good breakfast
Cons: Some little maintenance is needed for the room: the safe didn’t work; shower needs some fixing.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is close to the marina beach and also to the old town. Breakfast is superb. The rooms are clean.
Cons: The air conditioning unit is way too loud in the room. There is no minibar neither a vending machine in the hotel -at least they have a bar, but it is open when there is the owner around (usually he disappears around 22h) Safe deposit was not working in the room, neither the extraction vent in the bathroom. There is no "do not disturb" sign, so no way to skip the daily cleaning. Parking around the hotel is virtually impossible, the private spaces of the hotel are just a joke, because only 5 cars can be tightly parked at max, and they are even blocking each other, so owner requested to leave the car key at the reception -no way! The paid parking he recommended 2 blocks away was fairly cheap, but it is not possible to pay in advance -and the machine just accept coins... So you should buy a new daily ticket at 6:00 a.m. every morning, what is ridiculous. All zone4 parkings are the same in Rovinj; looks like they hate tourists arriving by car (there is no airport neither a railway station though, so how the heck one should travel there?)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated in very nice place.
Cons: The condition is old and very loud.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice staff and good solid breakfast. Close to the city center and with car parking if required. This cost an extra 5 euro.
Cons: Rooms were quite dated with average cleanliness. Bathrooms could use much improvement. You could use "charm" to describe the hotel but a little modernization would help.
7.5 Good
Pros: 10 for staff courtesy. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, the location is great to reach within walking distance both the beaches and old town. Lovely breakfast in the morning which we enjoyed in the patio outside.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was good, not far away from the center. The breakfast had a lot of variety and could have been eaten inside or outside. The staff was friendly. I could leave my baggage after checking out, which was convenient. Various sorts of drinks in the refrigerator upon arrival, which was nice on a hot day.
Cons: The hotel seems to have seen better days, it looks a little bit run down and in the need for a renovation. Promotional material/ info in the room was dirty and had stains on it. The shower cabin was really small even for me, although i am on a slim side.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were really helpful. Since my luggage was broken, one of them help me to repair it by using UHU and tape it, as well as called the taxi for me. I am very appreciative of that! Also, the environment of the hotel is elegant and vintage that made me comfortable. The breakfast was lots of choose too!
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. No life on the third floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, giving us the perfect first impression on Rovinj and Croatia itself. The breakfast was fantastic, and our room even had a telescope with which our son was endlessly fascinated with. Our room was on the top floor, so had a great view of old Rovinj which is stunning. We loved our stay!
Cons: The parking is very limited, and we ended up using the free public parking lot which was about a ten minute walk. No big deal in the end.
5.8 Okay
Pros: beautiful familiar hotel in a peaceful quarter of Rovinj
Cons: Old fashioned , dont change towels in 3 days, conditioned air doesn't works, poor breakfast, reception closed at night, City tax is not included in booking rates

4.2 Okay
Pros: Great breakfast with fresh olives and vegetables, they have everything you want from yoghurt to bacon. The room was equipped with a big refrigerator and drying rack.
Cons: The pictures from booking was not what you get. The hotel room smelled a lot of smoking, including toilet odor. The hotel reception is very formal with checkin and checkout hour. It was not possible to checkout later than 11:00, so I needed to carry around my bag whole day before leaving in the evening. Quite long to Rovingo city, although there are bus, boats, bicycles or 40 minutes walk.Restaurants are little more expensive than in the Rovingo city.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Food in Bonaca restaurant is ok
Cons: Rooms were flooded after a rain. All our things were soaking wet. Resort offered only 5% discount
7.1 Good
Pros: Well organized resort located by the sea 5 km from Rovinj. Nice villas spread across huge area of land giving enough room for internal walkways and attractions. Lots of trees in the area. We were on half board and food was good.
Cons: Rocky beach. No sand.
6.7 Good
Pros: Villas Rubin is a village with small houses. Ours was clean and close to the sea and restaurant. We took half board and food was very good, each day the same, but wide selection. Sea warm and nice.
Cons: The resort is big and you don´t know which accommodation you get, 50m od 300m from sea. The price is quit high acc. to the facility. The sea is nice but entrance with big stones, difficult to get into the sea. Slides in the swimming pool area are not free, you have to pay extra for it, what is strange. We had to wait for our room till 15:00 and when we found the room, the cleaning lady was still there. And when she finished, her "boss" came to check the room, called lady back and we had to wait since "boss" yelling on the lady what is wrong.... it should be solve not in front of customers I think :-(
7.5 Good
Pros: The place is very beautiful also the location where we slept. We noticed that, during the holiday, the rooms were quite clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels were changed every day. This resort is quiet and the staff are very kind.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location, dinning area, good breakfast and dinner, nice halfboard
Cons: Beds are soft and weary, furniture old,
7.5 Good
Pros: breakfast was good(apart from coffee). location good.
Cons: coffee!! slides in pool area should be free for residents...???????
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went for half board, both breakfast and dinner were fantastic with great variety of food Location is great. The beach and pool are right there, there is a nice walk next to the sea and complex all together is very nice, Rovinj 5 minutes away by car. Apartment was clean, with new small kitchen and air conditioning which you adjust as you wish. Staff was really nice, very kind, they make you feel welcomed
Cons: The only negative are prices on the beach and pool bars, which were simply too high.
4.7 Okay
Pros: We're usually going to 4-star or 5-star hotels so this hotel offers lower facilities and services than what we're used to. However, we enjoyed the beach, swimming pool and other facilities.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Near the beach pool ok
Cons: We like lots of other guests were totally mislead by the pictures on the internet of the so called villas and their location we had to stay in a block not what we thought we had booked
5.0 Okay
Pros: Resort is located in an quite environment, 100m away form beach, surrounded with bicycle routes, local restourants with excellent food and a camping place. Lot of apartments have private gardens.
Cons: Half of the resort needs to be renovated. The price is to high.
6.4 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Yes, I had a nasty fall. I was walking to breakfast on our last day there. It was around 0830hrs. Hotel staff where cleaning (hosing down) the patio areas by the restaurant. I was walking down a stairs that was wet and I slipped and fell pretty hard. I suggest the hotel install non-skid surface on all outside stairs. I also had to pay 50.00 kuna to park my vehicle inside the premises.
4.8 Okay
Pros: There is near the sea, clear the beach.
Cons: There was too hot the apartment, without ventilator or aircondition.
6.8 Good
Pros: We were immediately impressed by the coziness and cleanness of the place and the attentive personnel. The breakfast was ample and tasty and the room was more than comfortable with a wonderful bathroom. It's a pity we'd stayed there only for two nights.
Cons: Internet connection fee was very high as compared to the prices in the city.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Good for a week long vacation with family. Lots of activities.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: The landcsape of Villas and sport facilities are great, also the stuff from restaurant are very profesional
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: Good parkland setting, good shoreline path to cycle or a long walk to Rovinj. Shortest route to Rovinj is about 4km along the road with a footpath. We did not use facilities other than the pool. There are independant restaurants within very easy walking distance of the entrance.
Cons:
