Pros (+) I liked the customer service. The bed was soooo comfortable I looked forwarded to getting in it every night. I would stay again for the King size bed alone.
Cons (-) I didn't like that a couple of my wash clothes were dingy and the iron board cover was so disgusting. It should have been replaced a very long time ago according to the multiple stains.
