Pros (+) I liked the customer service. The bed was soooo comfortable I looked forwarded to getting in it every night. I would stay again for the King size bed alone.
Cons (-) I didn't like that a couple of my wash clothes were dingy and the iron board cover was so disgusting. It should have been replaced a very long time ago according to the multiple stains.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, and helped where possible.
Cons (-) When I made reservations, I indicated that my husband is handicapped and we needed a room with easy access. I was assured when I called that we would have that. Not the case, and we had to change rooms. We needed to go to dinner and Jim asked if he could leave his power chair in the lobby, or behind the front desk, and we were told no.
