They canceled the flight . I need refunds
I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds
Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.
Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.
when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
So, so
Chaotic flight. Children out of control.
I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.
The plane was new, clean and nice. The crew was very attentive and pleasant. The food wasn’t great, though - even in business class…
Everything could have been better. Check-in was the worst. Staff was extremely slow for checking in. They were easily spending 10-15 minutes for every passenger. I almost missed my flight because there was huge line at Immigration also.
The boarding process in Casablanca was very chaotic.
Functionality of entertainment center is not working smoothly
Never travel royal Maroc airlines again
The was never available
Pros: It got us to Casablanca. Should have taken a car though
Cons: The plane sat on the runway at over 100 F and the A/C was not on. They barely started it once we were in the air
Pros: Nothing to like aboie this flight , my worst night mare . They are all corrupted I was told to pay for the trip I already paid for. The plain had an engine failure, I could not reach Casablanca for my next flight
Cons: Refund!!!!
Pros: I liked nothing about this airline. Lucky I am life… Just when we took off , the pilot announced an engine failure, we returned to Marrakech airport waiting for information instead we were walked around the another from gate to gate, yet still no information. At 3:30 PM we were told that there is no flight that day. They put us in hotel at 8:30 PM. I am at the hotel at this time without information regarding the next flight . This is the worst airline I ever used in my life, not even some sort of customer service.
Cons: Expel ROYAL AIR MAROC from your list of offers Punish them for treating travelers like garbage. I expect a refund from the price I paid
Cons: Serve better food
Pros: Everything I liked it bravo 👏👏
Cons: Everything good job 👏
Cons: The stewards seemed frustrated. Not quick to accommodate.
Pros: The attendants were much more helpful than my last trip. Everything went well.
Cons: I thought it was too crowded during the pandemic. Too many people on the flight. One man behind me kept sneezing so that was concerning. No other complaints for this trip but most of my previous trips were close to terrible. Thanks for improving your service.
Pros: The crew was rude and unhelpful.
Cons: The professionalism of the crew, the quality and taste of the food. The comfort of the seat.
Pros: Very courteous staff. High quality in-flight meals.
Cons: All great!
Pros: First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!
Cons: All good.
Pros: Good customer service
Pros: stupid flight outrage prices
Cons: respect and lower the damn prices
Pros: I didn't get the fast track invitation while I am a gold member
Pros: The flight was on time. Luggage was handled well. Coach seats were okay with decent space. I had read some negative reviews but our experience was satisfactory.
Cons: Customer service could have been better but they did do their job getting us there.
Pros: Their in flight service was incredible
Cons: One thing I hated was that they didn’t have anyone at the rechecked bags counter for connecting flights
On board Royal Air Maroc flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Royal Air Maroc assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
