Pros: The best hotel we stayed in on our tour of Vietnam. The owner called Ha and her staff work tirelessly, nice to have breakfast made for you.Ha organised nearly everything for us and told us the good places to eat and drink. Our washing was done for a great price and she let us have a shower after we checked out.Not a lot of rooms there so very quiet.Ha organised a trip for us trekking with a guide called Nini, this was the highlight of our trip.If we ever go back to Sapa would not look for anywhere else to stay.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Heart of Sapa was great! We arrived in the sleeping bus at 6 am and our room was not free, so they let us have a shower and have breakfast. The owner help us organizing the tours for the day and a half that we were spending in Sapa, so we have time to see everything, so helpful! And the trekkings were great. The room was very nice and cozy and the hotel has a very good location! We completely recommend this hotel for your stay in Sapa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: + very friendly staff!!! + good and cheap breakfast (you can eat as much as you want) + you can rent motorbikes + the hotel is good and central lokated
Cons: Everything was good :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In one word: Ms. Ha! She is the manager of the hotel „The Heart of Sapa“ and she is simply amazing. She arranged everything for us: the pickup-service from Lao Cai Station to the hotel Sapa, two different trekking-tours around Sapa (private driver and tourguide), laundry-service, restaurant-recommendations, dropoff-service back to Lao Cai (they even made us a sandwich for our trainride back to Hanoi!). We felt super comfortable and welcomed from the first minute till the end. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable stay in Sapa. Ms. Ha and her team are doing an estonishing job! We want to thank them again for everything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owner and fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs, bacon,... Good shower!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The room and bathroom were lovely! Luxury living at affordable prices! The location was very central, and had a variety of places to stay nearby (highly recommend Little Sapa, right across the road). But the best thing about The Heart of Sapa is the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly, they gave us fruit in the morning and juice throughout the day! They organised day trips for us, essentially planning our entire stay! Thank you so much it’s, your hospitality has been amazing!
Cons: There’s a bit of construction work going on next door. I think it’s finished now, but it started at 8 and finished an hour later. Not a big deal, and I don’t think it will continue in further visits. I’d happily deal with the noise though for the amazing room!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful quiet private room with small balcony. Staff were excellent and helped us hire a scooter
Cons: Some construction on the street outside but it didn’t bother us

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The property was nicely secluded which made it a great getaway. The view from the huts were amazing, overlooking the rice terraces. If you want a big bathtub with a great view of the mountain and field, get the suite with Mountain View. If you want to be directly over the terraces, get the bungalow. Food was tasty and nicely presented. The owners and staffs working there were extremely friendly. I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Sa Pa again.
Cons: The moment it gets dark, you’ll be greeted with some bugs in the hut. The staff will set up a bed netting in advance to keep them away, but this is something you need to be prepared for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s such a warm welcome from Iyan, her husband and team. The view of the mountains is sublime. The lodge we stayed in (Lu House) was big, the bathroom, bath and view are truly amazing. We were treated to a welcome cocktail and mocktail. The food in the restaurant was great and there were lots of touches and attentive service that made our stay relaxing (we requested late check out it was so relaxing)
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The fabulous view of the H’Mong Valley and the hospitality at this hotel are its main selling points. It is a bit outside of Sapa town, but that is part of its charm. The family that runs the hotel is lovely and so accommodating. They make their hotel feel like a home!
Cons: The rooms did not have closets or pegs for hanging clothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the themed rooms ! Went very nicely with the minority villages. Plus the view was amazing!
Cons: They up-charge for everything. It’s pretty ridiculous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The total dedication of the staff to every aspect of my stay.
Cons: I didn’t like leaving! Wished I could stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Truly a unique experience in a private suite with a view on the rice valley, very welcoming hosts that arrange everything for you (from trekking, shuttles and motorbike rental) and great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing. You just need to be aware that you are experiencing the local life here, and not the typical 5-star hotel life. We absolutely loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My original hostel got cancelled and I had to re-book the hostel at the last minute, but this was the best thing that happened to me so that I had the chance to stay with Eco Palms House. Nam, staffs and the manager were so friendly and made me feel very welcomed while I was traveling solo. The hostel got so much to offer! everything is simply just perfect. The bed was comfy and clean, shower room was fully equipped, food was also amazing and tasty. It's also very relaxing sitting outside while having the rice field view just in front of you. This is definitely a dream-come-true place that I promised Nam I will bring my bf next time to stay in the cottage.
Cons: NOTHING
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This was one of my favourite places to stay in Vietnam to date (I've been here for two years). The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and always made sure you were happy and comfortable. The private relaxation bungalows are AMAZING. It was quiet, clean and beautiful. The food, like mentioned by so many other people, is INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much for having us :) We loved every second!

Pros: Infinity pool is amazing, cocktails were perfect, room was awesome- everything was so great. We loved it so much.
Cons: The only thing was that if you come from Sa Pa by motorbike, the road is not easy. If you come from the other side, the road is better. It’s expensive but totally worth it !

Pros: The uniqueness of the location
6.3 Good
Pros: Only the view
Cons: No room service No minibar
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet. Food was excellent.
Cons: Service could have been better. Things felt rushed there. Rooms could be bigger. Too many bugs at night. Some rooms are located very far from the main areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice experience! All ambience of the hotel is perfect, you can feel the real silence of Sa Pa, look in the rice fields and enjoy the breath taking view of the mountains from the infininty pool. We have enjoyed every minute in this magical place. I liked the room with the terrace a lot ( it's cool that all building is your own, it means that nobody is behind the wall. ) The road from Sa Pa town to this hotel is reconstructed, so that's why for 15km you need around 45minutes to drive, but even this fact is not an arrgument why not to stay here! Moreover the hotel has the shuttle busses to the center and back. Also we used the spa service and liked ir too:) We liked the eco-thinking of this hotel.
Cons: The only bad thing was that I think we have just had not the best pick in the dinner time. The reccomendation is to improve dining meniu.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've had a fantastic stay at Anise. Off the main road, relatively quiet with a lovely mountain view. The room was very clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about!
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location in the centre of sapa with lots of restaurants around.
Cons: Bathroom dirty, floor in room was sticky, fridge had not been cleaned. Hotel demanded 6 dollars per night to use the air conditioning unit. The listing in booking.com does not say this. It was an unwelcome surprise and we would not have booked the room if we had known the price would be inflated in this way.

Pros: Really delicious breakfast included in the highly affordable room rate. Friendly staff who's very helpful in getting taxis for us to go back into Sapa Town. Absolutely breathtaking nature and very quiet environment away from the backpacker-ish areas in the Sapa village.
Cons: No food options nearby except to order slightly overpriced (but very delicious!) food with the hostel. The room rate is really low to offset the costs of food though.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were great and very help full, getting there is a bit tricky. Wouldn't recommend you drive there at night, but the views are incredible.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very cheap and the lady is very accommodating.
Cons: It was far and it took 250000 Dong to get there by taxi and the roads were very bad so it took 40 minutes to go 10 km.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I was treated as part of the family. The nice of the owner, who was around all the time, spoke good English. She helped to arrange a lot of things for me. The room was clean, the bed met my expectations.
Cons: It is far from the city. A taxi driver asks me to pay 24$ to drive me to the place. I have rented a motorcycle to drive there myself for just 6$ a day. By the way, the roads are bad. The roads and the taxi driver have nothing to do with the place! Just mentioning it, to give a complete picture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place to stay, stunning location. So peaceful and quiet, plenty of hiking trails nearby. Food really good and reasonably priced. Joined with the family for dinner one night and was lovely. It is a 40 minutes 250k taxi ride to get there and a 75k tourist fee for the area. But well worth it all for such a wonderful and welcoming homestay
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Literally everything else
Cons: Its quite remote in location Not many food choices
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming and nice hosts, comfortable beds and clean house. In a quiet area to go trekking, it's by the "main" road though.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hosting family
Cons: Price was high for low season
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains outside of sapa! Short walk to waterfall, beautiful view and nice friendly staff who helped us to find the perfect hike for us. Really good value, had a great stay!
Cons: Expensive taxi ride there as we didn’t want to drive scooters and you have to pay a fee for driving at this road, but you have to do that anyway so doesn’t really matter

Pros: Amazing views and location. Very good food with an extensive menu and lots of drink which were all for a good price. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a lift back to Sapa town for a lot cheeper than a taxi.
Cons: The electricity went of many time in the room which was bad as it would become extremely hot when it went off, due to the fact the rooms are small and wooden and only use a fan(no AC).

Pros: Very nice accommodation. I've been here for the second time and everything was fine again

Pros: Perfect location in Ta Van village - nice clean rooms - I enjoyed the view over the rice fields from my room’s window - nice common facilities, large communal space. Restaurant was very good and well- priced. Buffet breakfast (on some days only) was amazing. Some little attentions like fresh towels on our third night or complimentary fruit plater on some evenings made the difference. Very enjoyable stay - suitable for families

4.5 Okay
Pros: The garden very well take care by owner family. Their dogs very friendly, volunteer to be tour guide when walking around their garden.breakfast yummy.
Cons: Some offer not value for the money. Room not clean enough.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super helpful owner and lovely lovely staff (including his mother, who made me feel very welcome.) Lovely setting but still fairly close to Sapa centre, 15 min walk or 5 min taxi (ranged between vd30-50k a ride).
Cons: Maybe good if more of the room lights worked.
7.5 Good
Pros: We loved our stay at Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast. It felt like a more upscale homestay than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the owner’s wife cooks amazing food for you upon request. It was very quiet there and I felt it was a retreat from being busy in Sapa town! The owner and his wife don’t speak any English, but their son Nam is there in the evening and can organize anything. He also responds to emails promptly. We hailed our own cabs using the grab app, which made getting on and off the property easy since we couldn’t communicate with the owners to get us a taxi. I recommend having your phone unlocked and getting a cheap cell service from viettel during your stay for purposes like this.
Cons: Although we enjoyed our stay, I would have appreciated standard toiletries in the room like shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We only found a small wrapped bar of soap. We typically stay in 4 star hotels, and although everything else was 4 star, I felt we should receive those same amenities since this is a nicer place to stay. Also, WiFi password being posted in the room would have been helpful. I just asked for it and then it was provided. Lastly, we chose this bed and breakfast because it was outside of the main part of Sapa town. It was my misunderstanding, but I thought it would be in the country rather than still feeling a little bit in town. Once you are on their property it is very secluded however. Those are minor details that didn’t hinder our experience. Other than that, our stay was perfect! I highly recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property set in extensive landscaped gardens,it was a great place to stay with children, just outside the main town of Sapa. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. There was also a very nice common seating area.Breakfasts and dinners were home cooked and delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fantastic, people, location, food. Beautiful room and facilities. Loved the meals cooked by the owners mother.
Cons: We didn't like leaving
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was perfect , my boyfriend love it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Set in tranquil and really beautiful gardens just on the outside of SaPa, this place is a haven. The rooms were large and comfortable; the family who were our hosts were charming and helpful and Nam speaks excellent English. He went that little bit further to ensure we were welcome and gave us good advice. Nam’s mother cooked us a delicious meal too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We adored the setting 3 km outside Sa Pa town, with a big garden full of beautiful flowers and animals. It felt like a quiet, magic place you never wanted to leave. The older couple working there were lovely, the owner helped us booking tours and arranging transfer to train station. If you want to go to Sa Pa and stay at a pittoresk place outside tomn, book!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful, tranquil and serene place. Mr. Nam Hong is very helpful and kind, helped a lots with our trip in Sa Pa. He gave useful tips, suggestions and guidance about places to visit. During our stay, the family are very caring~ the breakfast is very generous and tasty :D
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden and spacious rooms, which makes a huge difference compare to the other hotels in Sa Pa. Vietnamese traditional dinner is good.
Cons: The owner is often not there and he is the only one speaking English. He gave us his WhatsApp and he is most of the time reachable but it is not practical to orde food, book tours and arrange taxi without a person speaking English at the hotel. There is no lift and the rooms are on the first floor or higher and you have to carry your luggage to your room.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helped us book a bus back to Hanoi! The restaurant on site was good and affordable. Location was great, just a short walk to anywhere you’d want to be!
Cons: Breakfast was average, not many western options. Wifi was very inconsistent and there were noise issues with construction going on in the adjacent property
7.0 Good
Pros: The room with balcony at 7 floor is great! Great balcony, great view, very comfortable.
Cons: In order to reach the hotel you have to go upstairs in the street almost 3 floors. The staff help you with luggage but it is a mess as you arrive at the same time as a lot of people in a transfer provided by the hotel from Lao Cai. Besides on arrival, you must remain in a floor where cleaning is significantly not enough. Also you have a charge of 3% when paying with credit card, which it is not specified when you book on booking.com. But the worst for me was that the prices the hotel gives for services as taxis and tickets are almost double you get on the street.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The views from the hotel. Were spectacular as promised. Overlooked a public square providing cultural dances. Good soundproo On the windows. Staff were helpful with tours and luggage.
Cons: Breakfast was meant to be until 10 but at 9 food wasn’t being replenished and they started packing up at 20 minutes to 10.
4.0 Okay
Cons: I booked online and was transferred to another hotel because their system was not updated in real time. The hotel where we were transferred had a terrible breakfast and was much cheaper compared to what I paid via hotels.com
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room so big, breakfast just what you expect in a buffet and the hotel needs to be a 5 stars. Such a good option in Sapa
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, excellent statffs, good breakfadt
Cons: No security to reach rooms by EV(1~8th via reception at 5thfl) from out side
4.8 Okay
Pros: This hotel does a fairly decent job of managing individuals and groups beginning and ending tours in the area.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good. Bed was uncomfortable. Construction noise early morning to late evening but this is Sapa in general right now. Close to the center of town is about the only highlight. Many other choices in the area. This hotel is good for one night only to get your bearings in Sapa and move on to another place
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, staff very nice.
Cons: The furniture is a bit used/old, towels could be better cleaned/white.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff is good. Location is good.
Cons: Facilities are not so well maintained. We didn't have full lightings even after informing them. Some basic utensils ie spoons were not provided. And breakfast was below average. And we are Asian.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: As we did not mentioned that we will arrive very early in the morning (06:30 AM) we very very much surprised to get already our room (early check-in) without any surcharge.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kindness,good information
Cons: Entrance is not good

Pros: The women in the reception is very kind, she can help you for everything. Fast laundry. Also the bed is very confortable ! The view is amazing too.
Cons: Breakfast only 7-9 AM, it’s very boring because you can’t sleep late if you want to take the breakfast...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice room, lovely staff and amazing view from room.
Cons: WiFi wasn’t great. Strangely it was fine for YouTube / Netflix, but pages wouldn’t load for general browsing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. Near sapa center You can see big view about mountain
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The stuff is really nice! Yummy coffee! They even brought it to the room. Thank you! The view from the balcony was really nice. This place is quite alright for a short stay.
Cons: The interior, facilities and walls seem quite old and worn. Pictures looked quite nicer than reality. The bathroom "window" was strange - it feels like a big window (facing the hallway) so you always have the feeling you can be seen from the hallway. You CAN'T ;) Snacks and drinks offered in the room were too old.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view was verry nice! location is really very good! You can take a walk in the old town, watch the clouds float (this is really great) outside the window, the mountains, ... Everything is perfect! Very good breakfast and extremely friendly staff! Thank you!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view is stunning, the staff is super helpful and cute. I was sick and they made me ginger tea! The breakfast is really good too
Cons: If you mind noise, there’s a bar in front of the hotel; the music stops around 00h
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It's a little pity that I stayed here for one night only, cause I had a big problem to come back to Hanoi in the early morning. But my experiences were so beautiful! The host served us a big breakfast! I ate so much that I felt full all day long! The room, although wasn't too much facilities, but I think it was enough for me The bed was really good for me for all day long journey It was easy to find the location of the hotel The view, was the most thing to say, very suitable for me to check-in and pose Insta! Hope to come back again!
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was enthusiastic and very friendly. Great view and very close to everything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast, great location with a beutiful view
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was lovely and the breakfast was good. Most days there was a small buffet but staff was accommodating when it was not available. The view over the mountains from the balcony was stunning! The room was pretty clean and only a little small- better for one person than two, perhaps. A really great location for trekking as it was on the road out to many villages. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes on the road as well. I’d recommend this hotel over ones that are in the center of Sapa town. Still close to everything, but a bit more quiet with amazing views.
Cons: The karaoke club across the street was at times quite loud- but this never lasted far into the night and I got used to it quickly.

Pros: the beautiful view from the window. the EXTREME kindness of the staff.
Cons: nothing. everything was perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We just stayed here for 1 night before going on a 2 day trip with a local guide. Leaving our big backpacks here to pick up after our trip was over was no problem and no extra costs. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, both we enjoyed.
Cons: Sadly no hot water in the morning, had a cold shower. The cat was meowing loudly at night, woke me up twice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself was beautifully kept and located on a bustling street filled with shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and happily assisted us in every way. Beds were comfy and equipped with electric blankets, bathrooms with hot showers and we were pleasantly surprised by the wood burning fireplace (useable if not too windy). The views were definitely the best with many, many vantage points spread throughout the property. The breakfast that was included in our package was delicious and packed with many choices. Overall, a very nice experience. Thank you.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great views. Staff were helpful.
Cons: We decided to splash out a little for the Cat Cat View Hotel's views and we took the VIP suite, which had the best view of all. The view was indeed great but the room seemed a little dingy for the price and nothing special.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with good views. Ladies at reception very friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast
Cons: Arrived early morning with overnight sleeper bus and only person at reception an exceptionally rude youngster. Because of a mud slide which destroyed the road the hotel cannot be accessed by car. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps and ask a member of staff to carry your luggage up and down. The hotel failed to mention the issue of accessibility during the booking process.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Despite the noise, comfortable bed. Big clean room & bathroom. Great view. Friendly staff. Good location.
Cons: The bed would get noisy when you move.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The power was off on arrival(not their fault) there is no elevator. There is a huge construction site next door so the road to the hotel was cut off and you could only get there by walking up a very large stair case. The bathroom was tiny and unworkable. The noise from the construction site went till 1130 at night and resumed at dawn. The hotel was supposed to book us some transport from the train station but they forgot and we had to find our own way there. The toilet seat was broken and dangerous. The balcony was unusable as ir was covered in dust and bird droppings. I could go on but these are the main points
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Left my hat there and collectedvit 3 days later. Great location so we could walk to the funicular to the cable car up Fransipan
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was large and extremely comfortable. Location close to some great restaurants and centre of town. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast fine. Shower and bathroom good. Able to leave bags after early train and bus arrival from Hanoi. Would strongly recommend Le Petit Gecko restaurant near steps from main street.
Cons: I would definitely book and stay there again. However, their access road is out of operation (through no fault of the hotel's) so you have to walk up around 100 stairs from the main road to access the hotel. So if you are unfit, injured, etc, give them a ring and they will send a motor bike down for you and your luggage. But you have to navigate the stairs each time if you are walking around town. We were fine with it (59 yr olds) but just something for others and their physical condition to consider. Also, no elevator in the hotel so again, if unfit or injured get a room on level 4 or 6 (less stairs), but you will miss out on the best views across Sapa. We had room 801 (Deluxe Double) and best view of any room (701 would have a reasonable view as well)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpfull lady behind the reception. Always willing to give us some advise. We got upgraded since we are travelling with our daughter. The room had plenty of space to play in. Fruit at the breakfast was so lovely. Great location in Sapa town. Close to restaurants but not too busy when you step out of the hotel.
Cons: Only a few staff members spoke good English. The rest seemed to have trouble to understand even bodylanguage. Staff using their phone is very common in Vietnam but I just really think it's not professional at all... There are roadworks next to the hotel so the taxi couldn't stop in front of the place. We had to carry our luggage. To go to the centre you need to walk some steep stairs. I kind of liked it as excercise. Breakfast options were ok. But the fried egg tasted too greasy for my taste.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was really nice and the beds were soft:)
Cons: There was a lot of noice due to the construction side next to ot. The workers stopped at 23.00 and started again at 5.00. The rooms Look nicer on the pictures.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the view from the room.
Cons: when we stay at hotel next to hotel was construction...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: In Vietnam, I have stayed in over 50 hotels in the last five years and most have pleasant staff but the staff at the Elite went an extra mile. The room was big and the extra king size bed was very comfortable. An fireplace was a nice extra.
Cons: The bath room was very narrow, no more than one meter. This made going to toilet very difficult and entering and existing the shower very cumbersome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - superb! Staff, facilities, cleanliness - could NOT have asked for more... THE VIEW - STUNNING! We ended up staying longer than we had initially booked!
Cons: The road was under construction when we were there, so we had to take the stairs from the main street up - it was only a problem when we first arrived and we had to carry all our luggage up after an 8 hour bus, other than that it was fine!

Cons: Some dust in furniture.
6.0 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: Shower was scary
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great spot. Excellent views. Great food. Good for families as they linked two rooms together.
Cons: Water drainage issue in the shower. Not too bad though.
7.5 Good
Pros: Traveling with a family of 5 we always look for family rooms or rooms that can be connected. This place had connecting rooms and each had their own balconies that could also be joined! We didn't expect much from the hotel, just a place to sleep really, as the real attraction in Sapa is the trekking and sightseeing. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff that offered recommendations on tours and attractions and by how big our rooms were. Also, the restaurant was pretty good, we all enjoyed a meal when we arrived after our long travel. Oh, and the elevator was nice, the last thing you want to do after a day of hiking is climb more stairs up to your room. The price was right on point especially for 2 rooms in a tourist area. There was a comfortable couch in each room, with a table and a foot rest. The big draw for us booking this room was the view! Spectacular, unblocked and ready to greet you every time you enter the place.
Cons: The hotel was a little older, which is fine, but the cleanliness could've been to a little higher standard. The common areas seemed ok but it looked like our room hadn't been dusted in quite a while. Also, the bed linens were stained. While not a deal breaker, it would've made the stay just a little more enjoyable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast - very good and diverse
Cons: the streets in Sapa are in a developing state, it might be dirty and dangerous
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view is the best thing about the room! If you are planning to stay here do get the room with the view cause it’s worth everything.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast with a wide choice of European and Asian breakfast dishes. They stayed even after the official end of breakfast if guests were coming late. Location is quite good, near are many restaurants and bars and main landmarks. Room was spacious.
Cons: Room was not well prepared, we even asked to clean once again and to change bed sheets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent. The location was great, very near the center. Everything was so clean and convenient. Staff was helpful. So good for the price. Here is the best place I was stay in Sapa. See you next time!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a room with a balcony and an amazing view. The room was very big and had a little sitting area with a couch and chair. The decor was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful! The 1st day, they had an amazing Vietnamese buffet (one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had)! On the second day we ordered from a menu and it was still a nice breakfast, but obviously not as many choices as the buffet.
Cons: There is construction happening all over in Sapa. It wasn't bad at this location, but I could hear some construction noises from across the street from time to time.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was ok and the view of the mountains was quite nice.
Cons: The room and bathroom need updating. It felt like the room was constantly dusty and that was the case throughout the hotel. Some crawling insects made their way into the room also. The mattress kept moving off its base and the sheet kept coming off the mattress. Didn’t sleep well. I think if you come to Sapa, on the whole it’s a dusty, muddy area. Beautiful though. And if you’re going trekking you’d want to come back to your hotel and relax and be clean, so shop around for something a bit nicer.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was big
Cons: There are too many constructions near the hotel and also the hotel is also working on expansion, so it noisy. Sapa was cold when i was there, temp dip below 6 degree C at night. The aircon heater was not large enough to heat up the room, also the old heater in room are not working, so the room was too cold. Also they don't provide portable heaters for the room. The room was too cold. I wonder what will be like if we visit the place in Dec and Jan it will be even colder and the room will be freezing. The hotel manager should consider better heating for the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious and better than expected. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Good location. Great mountain view room. Nice staffs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a wonderful experience at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. All the staff was really friendly and helped us and recomended us a very nice route around the villages and waterfalls around sapa. The hotel is perfect, the room was amazing with perfect views of the mountain, everything very clean. Perfect stay in Sapa.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful and assisted me with a bus booking and taxi to the bus station when my previous plans went awry.
Cons: I stayed at the original Bamboo Hotel Sa Pa and was disconcerted that the old charming hotel has been replaced by a new edifice. Breakfast was in an interior room instead of on the terrace, overlooking the valley and mountains, like before. It's still under construction, so when finished things might change.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, good employee
Cons: The air conditioner not cold, its very hot at night
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: I did not like much as I was mislead regarding major topic: 1.elivator was under maintenance all long our stay 2.the hotel is under reconstruction /expansion - very noisy from early morning to the night 3.old magnetic keys to the room.. More than once we had to climb to the fourth floor.. And then back to reception to change the key 4.the pictures that are presented as the facilities.. Not updated. For example.. The nice balcony viewing the mountain.. Is not relevant as it is under construction Etc..
Cons: See above
5.5 Okay
Pros: There is a heater on bed prepared.
Cons: 1. Staff miscalculated the rate. 2. Some staff can't speak English, we almost missed the train and flight to Da nang because she didn't book the minibus for us to go to the train station. 3. The water in the hotel suddenly stopped while I was using water. They said 1 hour fixed. 4. Rather expensive comparing with other hotels because you have huge room and was the most expensive hotel we chose for our trip, but you charged us for the extra bed for the child, while other smaller hotel didn't!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable room, excellent view and very professional staff.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Rooms size
Cons: When we arrived we were told that the elivator is under maintenance for all our stay(our roomscwere at floor 4}. The hotel is under an expansion project, it was very noisy all long the day from early morning to the night. In one of the days when we returned afternoon from our tour, we could not enter the room-there was electric break (only at this hotel.. All around business had electricity power}. This power problem last for an hour. The pictures I could see in Booking regarding this hotel were misleading. For example.. The big balcony viewing the mountains is not existing as it is under reconstruction.
