The staff was very friendly, observant and on their toes and provided telly good service. The homemade mango jam was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was really good, served fresh and made to order with a choice of several courses.
This place is beautiful and the owners really take care to create an ECO RETREAT. It is a fairly far trek out of Sapa town on an unfinished road, so I recommend using a local taxi and having patience. We came here after an attempt of a homestay that didn't go so smoothly, and it was a wonderful change. The food (much of which was from their own garden on the property) was some of the best that we enjoyed in Vietnam. The bungalow was just beautiful, and while there were many things to do, it was so peaceful just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze. I wish we had stayed for more than one night!
The bungalow was really cosy and clean, with a stunning view. Food is really good too and the owners are very helpful. We had a great time!
The fabulous view of the H’Mong Valley and the hospitality at this hotel are its main selling points. It is a bit outside of Sapa town, but that is part of its charm. The family that runs the hotel is lovely and so accommodating. They make their hotel feel like a home!
The rooms did not have closets or pegs for hanging clothing.
The property was nicely secluded which made it a great getaway. The view from the huts were amazing, overlooking the rice terraces. If you want a big bathtub with a great view of the mountain and field, get the suite with Mountain View. If you want to be directly over the terraces, get the bungalow. Food was tasty and nicely presented. The owners and staffs working there were extremely friendly. I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Sa Pa again.
The moment it gets dark, you’ll be greeted with some bugs in the hut. The staff will set up a bed netting in advance to keep them away, but this is something you need to be prepared for.
