Close to convention center. That is all.
heater smelled like cigarettes, went to turn heater on and it smelled like cigarettes went to immediately turn it off and while pressing the button it fell apart and I could turn it back on if I wanted to. Told the manager and they couldn’t fix it till the next day. But gave me 3 extra blankets. Next day heater still smelled. Stairwells smelled like pee lots of homeless in the area but never in the complex that I saw. Parking lot extremely small. Breakfast wasn’t something I’d feed my dog. They are trying to fix it back up but it’s a rent by week or month motel. New floor, bathroom and tv but no microwave
Dirty and no tv remote
The price and location are good.
The bedspread wasn't clean and the tv was missing the remote making it inoperable. The showerhead leaked and sprayed across the bathroom.
It was affordable
The room smelled of smoke, despite being listed as Non-Smoking. The Bathroom door was partially cracked down the middle. The bathroom sink cabinet was splintered and peeling down the side. Part of the towel dispenser fell apart when removing a towel. There was a ton of discoloration in the ceiling above the shower. There were half finished beverages just sitting in the refrigerator.
