Staff want mean, but also not accommodating with hotel issues. We attempted to check in at 5:15 pm but there were not any clean rooms. She said it would be a bit. When asked what that means she said a hour or two. This late in the day and that is a long time. We ended having dinner onsite because we couldn’t change to go to a nicer place. Pros (+) I checked in on a Wednesday and they had a free beer tasting. One doesn't get to choose their single free beer, but it was still nice to try something new.
Cons (-) I got the king suite because I read that the rooms were small, and it's true. Their version of a king suite is simply opening the door between two rooms.
