Poor elite treatment & skirting brand standards: - tried offering only 1 PM late checkout claiming "sold out," looked stunned when I insisted on 4 PM - have sign saying no housekeeping offered (despite Marriott bringing it back in early June), accepted my request for 2 days of cleaning over 6 night stay but only received 1 - standard breakfast has not returned, no hot items Other observations: - mask requirement still in place and generally well followed by staff - parking lot floods badly making getting in your car interesting after heavy rains - pool closed citing either covid safety or repairs depending on sign
