Very nice property. Popular location. Very close to historic downtown St. Charles with shops and restaurants on the Fox river. Large, comfortable rooms with good amenities. Great fitness center with a wide variety of equipment. Evening restaurant/bar. Morning breakfast for purchase with wide selection of menu items. Very helpful, friendly, professional staff.
Pros (+) Good location, convenient to downtown St. Charles and festival parking. Nice hot tub and pool area. Modern, clean rooms with nice décor and good function.
Cons (-) The pillows were a little too soft and uncomfortable for sleeping on (even though there were two each per person). Had to check about the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Upon confirming that we were to receive a complimentary breakfast we still had to request the tickets since they were not given to us at check in.
Pros (+) Couch was nice. Centrally located.
Cons (-) VERY small bathroom sink, no place to put personal items. And their breakfast closes at 9:30 on week days.
