Staff was friendly and helpful. Workout room clean. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. It took awhile to get hot water in the shower and we never had hot water in the sink. The hotel looks well maintained.

The hotel is dated and the beds are not very comfortable. The gym had one working treadmill out of 3. We stay 6 nights and our room rate was wrong. We got a refund for the right room rate but when I booked it was the correct room rate?? The restaurant closed early for us and they didn’t have any cold brew at the restaurant.

Very nice property. Popular location. Very close to historic downtown St. Charles with shops and restaurants on the Fox river. Large, comfortable rooms with good amenities. Great fitness center with a wide variety of equipment. Evening restaurant/bar. Morning breakfast for purchase with wide selection of menu items. Very helpful, friendly, professional staff.
