I usually travel to pci yearly and have always had an amazing trip. This year I was very underwhelmed with the condition of the room. The shower floor felt like it was going to fall in. Cons (-) It was a rip off to have an additional charge of $22.60 per day for no justifiable reason? We received no special service, nor did the resort offer any exceptional amenities? The overall experience was mediocre and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

Pros (+) Liked the beachy/surfer "feel" of the location. I travelled in January and the weather wasn't great (windy and cold) plus there is some construction going on, mostly in the main lobby I believe.
