This is a family-owned hotel that features a dolphin pool fountain and vintage woodwork that pay homage to the original Dolphin Hotel, which was built in 1948. The hotel offers two outdoor pools for guest enjoyment, complete with poolside cabanas and lounge chairs. There is also a picnic area in the courtyard, complete with grills for guest use. The front desk is available from 9 AM to 6 PM every day and has a lockbox to provide guests room access after hours.

St. Pete Beach Suites offers complimentary WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Free parking and complimentary weekend breakfast are also included. The hotel hosts a happy hour every Friday for guests, as well. There are 37 suites available at this boutique hotel, including studio and one-bedroom options. Pros (+) The location was amazing. It was near the beach and restaurants.
Cons (-) Room 205. The bed and the size of the room. The bed is from Ikea. It was uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The bathroom door could not be opened if you were Inside the bathroom. You had to open it before stepping in. ohh and the bathroom exhaust fan feel from the ceiling and was hanging down when we came back to the room.
