Pros:Free shuttle was nice. The one pool they had was really nice. Villa was big and clean
Cons:The wifi which was promised was barely working. After calling the front desk about it I was told they had a tech working on it. 6 hours later still nothing. When I walked to the front desk I was treated rudely and by one of the staff as if this was the first time I had brought up the issue. Also the TV wasn't working. Also, there is no "spa" to speak of and was told it was not located at the hotel. Also, brochure displayed this beautiful rooftop infinity pool which didn't even exist. Or mini bar and a few other amenities they don't actually have. All in all there was a great amount out bait and switch going on and complete lack of accountability.
