Pros:The bed was comfortable, the bar on the first floor was pretty good, and the aesthetic of the place is great
Cons:Where to start; the place doubled its prices per room since our first stay in February, we had to switch rooms twice, the first time because our room had a water leak, the second because of room they switched us to had people staying in it or hadn't been cleaned. There were used towels on the floor, the TV was on and the room was generally a mess. The 3rd room we landed in was on the third floor and had a huge ceiling which amplified any coughing or snoring we did, we could hear the cleaning crew moving furniture around on the roof above us, and the door to the room is probably an inch off the ground, letting in all kinds of light and making any conversation in the hall exponentially easier to hear. I ended up hating this place. The check in person and check out person were the only staff I felt that had it together.

Pros:The staff was enthusiastic and helpful as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and the staff made wonderful suggestions based on our planned activities. The room was exquisite. Very modern, cozy and chic. All areas of the hotel were pristine. Even at 2am, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will be staying again soon!
