Cons: "3 hour delay. No internet on flight working. Little to no food available."

Cons: "I had booked my flight to take off at 2:30 PM, but when I checked into London Gatwick, my boarding pass given was 7:30 PM. Of course there's no Alaska desk so I couldn't ask anyone there. When I got to Vancouver, they said they weren't sure why I was bumped, but there were seats left on the plane. However, I had to go to the gate to change my flight because I had a checked bag. Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

This was an awful discovery on an over-night flight. The plane was a Boeing 737-900, which seemed like a new, clean and quiet piece of equipment, but Economy had Recaro seats that were fixed in the upright position. I'll try to avoid this in the future."

On a cross-country, non-stop long flight it would be nice to have the TV's at all seats. Also, with the rented tablet, I was unable to track where we were or follow our progress (as we can with the in-seat TV's). Lastly, on a long-flight, they should have been better stocked. During their second trip to offer food for purchase they were sold out of many items - very limited options at that point."

Well much to our surprise we get to the airport in Maui to leave and by sure luck because we had to get there early for our rentL car return , realized our flight was boarding in 30 minutes. It got bumped up by 4 hours with absolutely no notification. Also our nice long layover that we had purposely planned was now only 4 hours. So not only did we almost miss our first flight but we had to miss our friends party. We were never notified. I checked my spam mail, junk mail, and regular Mail. Alaska airlines did nothing for us as far as compensation for our aggravation. We usually love using kayak but if this is what will be happening from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere."

Seats were difficult to sleep in, head rest while adjustable is thin and gave no real head support, at the end of the flight my neck felt like it had whiplash. No food, on a 5+ hour flight, it was overnight, but the seat head rests made sleeping difficult."

The boarding flight was going to LA!! Our flight was going out C11! I had to ask a woman to go into the restroom and yell for my wife to get moving! We made it but I don't know how. Typical Delta!!!!"

The reason given for the delays was "there is an international pilot shortage" by a Porter gate women, meaning that Porter books more flights then it has hired Pilots. Probbaly one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business models in the industry. The lounge does not even have food for purchase, the refrigerator shelves are empty and no where to go get food. Has been an awful experience."

Pros: "My past 4 Porter flights over a few months have had at least 40 minutes of delays. They all also had the annoying pattern of announcing that the delay would be extended a few times, then saying no more delays, then not boarding until after the newest departure time while claiming no more delays. Toronto airport is cute but wifi is pretty bad and hasn't worked at all a few times. Recently gate area has been ridiculously overcrowded, people sitting all over the floor. Free food/drinks is nice but still very limited options and unsurprisingly people make a big mess of the free food area. Overall I prefer a large clean airports where wifi always works well and you can always find a seat for the 30+ minutes you wait for your flight."

Cons: "Delays mainly. Flight from Toronto to Montreal was almost jeopardized due to lateness of first leg (Newark to Toronto). Understandably there was heavy rain that day. Return journey, (Montreal to Newark via Toronto) the connecting flight was delayed by an hour. In general, on-flight food could be more substantial, considering the time between Newark and Montreal."

Pros: "Small airport. Easy to find everything. Ferry ride fun. Staff did not seem happy to be at work nor did they smile or acknowledge me. I asked 2 staff questions and was barked at: red line! And was told to get into a line that was non existent outside of security."
Cons: "I asked if I was supposed to leave my luggage in the rack that was just outside of the plane because I saw that's what everyone was doing. I was told it was my choice but that if it didn't fit in the overhead I would have to come back out and put it on the rack. I was very dismayed when I got off the plane to see that I had to wait in the hallway for quite a while until my luggage appeared. It was a real traffic jam of people. I really wish I had put my luggage in the overhead. Also, minutes before boarding we were told to go and verify our passports. It was quite a rush to run to the other end of the room, wait in line and then get to the boarding gate. I barely made it back in time even though I had been waiting there for nearly an hour ."

Cons: "The connection process was confusing. We were already at the gate we needed to be at but they made us go to a gate agent who simply walked us back to where we were originally standing."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 5 hours, they kept us in the plane without air conditioner, only to change us to a different plane. Due to the long delay I lost my train and had to buy the ticket again."

Cons: "Mexico City is a very warm airport and both flights from there were delayed. The communications board showed on time and the only way to get the information was via web alerts with very limited wifi in the airport"

Cons: "Checking-in in Mexico City is crazy and chaotic. Nobody can tell you anything. The boarding computers don't work. Lines are huge. It's a bit messy."

Cons: "Check in was a living hell... I was in line for about 30 minutes, when I was the second to get check in. Someone came and grabbed all of us and put us in a different line and now we were at the end and in a longer line. Then when I was finally getting checked in the lady would not check in my bags because they were over for a few pounds I took the pounds out and put them in the other bag that did not have enough and even then she would not check in my bags. She wanted me to go in the back of the line. I already had my boarding passes all I needed was my bags to get checked in. So I asked to speak to the supervisor which then she immediately checked my bags but with an attitude."

Pros: "Because I booked through kayak who booked through priceline, I didn't get an email from aeromexico which apparently told me to be there 3 hrs early since supposedly they end boarding an hr before the plane takes off. The rest was the horrendousness that is Juarez airport.-- although I arrived an hr and a half before (very normal amt of time in any airport I've been in) it took me so long to figure out where to go and then get there that I ended up being 5 min late to boarding which starts 2 hrs before your flight. No refunds, no affordable flight change options and hrs of waiting in line to talk to different period to no avail. The wrist is that you know they overbooked the flight on purpose and made money. Had to buy a brand new ticket on the spot, but I certainly didn't get one from aeromex"

Pros: "Overall flight experience was very positive. The crew were helpful and attentive."
Cons: "Had booked this flight three months in advance expecting to keep a schedule that supported follow-on travel. Unfortunately I received an e-mail notification approximately a month prior to my flight notifying me that my scheduled flight had been changed resulting in a 4 hour delay. That delay caused me to miss my follow-on travel. The notification of the flight delay did not offer any compensation for any potential impact to travel plans. I will have to strongly consider using Aeromexico again."

Cons: "Once in Mexico problem started accuring the flight from Mexico to Oaxaca was a problem aeromexico wanted to charge my mom an extra $1000 doller on top of the 600 that I paid for the round trip ,just so she could leave Mexico city to aeromexico. My mom had to buy an aditona ticket just so she could get to Oaxaca from belta. Thanks to belta she was able to get to her destination. But now she has to tickets that I paid for that she can't even us. All in all I don't recommend this airline"

I think its totally unprofessional to see crew eating food from first class right next to you, while you didn't even get a meal choice because you were in the last row. Also, some of them heat up their personal food which makes the cabin smell. If you had a mediocre pasta dish because there was no chicken left and then you start smelling chicken after, it's really not nice."

Pros: "we flew clase premier and really enjoyed it. there was cheese and wine to start, then a chicken breast with potatoes along with a courgette salad and then asparagus on the side. the movie selection was good, the seats were comfortable... we were very happy with it."

Cons: "The counters did not open until 10pm, only 2hrs B4 "the flight closed at 12 midnight), even though they say arrive 180 minutes early. The "SkyPriority" line was the slowest line. At the outset two agents weren't even helping guests. This was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had to pickup and recheck my bag and ended up waiting outside security for several hours because there was no where to drop the bag after passing immigration from my connecting flight. I suggest AM get another airline's baggage handler to recheck bags for early arriving customers so at least they can wait inside security where amenities abound."

Cons: "Aeromexico did not offer alternative accomodating flights until I waited about 40 mins to take to a supervisor/manager. Then the agent I was dealing with suddenly called herself the supervisor. Only then she was able to put me on a 7am flight with 2 additional stops to make it home in the evening."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable, there was variety in the entertainment options, and there was a vegetarian food option (pasta) available without having to have requested it, which I always appreciate."
Cons: "I think the first piece of checked luggage should be included in the price of the flight."

Cons: "My husband’s wheelchair was returned to us bent and disassembled. The crew at Logan and the airline ground crew could see us struggling to put it back together and then to fix it but offered absolutely no help until the very end, when we had already gotten the chair to a workable state and help was no longer needed. The crew in Mexico was not helpful upon boarding either, I had to take my husband down the ramp because there was no one to help us. We had no such problems in our outgoing flights so were surprised at the lack of care and utter disinterest on the way back."

Overall, a very mediocre experience - it was "coach plus," not first class."

Pros: "United airlines canceled a flight last minute that I needed in order to get to my best friends' wedding on time, I usually fly AA but the United flights were slightly cheaper at the time. The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!"

I could have just gone directly to my car as I had no other checked bags. Very poor service. I will avoid booking with American Airlines in the future."

Cons: "We were downgraded from Main Cabin Extra rows 7 and 8 to row 30. We were told that we will get refund automatically. However, we received nothing. Getting a refund back is now becomes a very complicated process with zero transparency. Main Cabin Extra is kind of a scam. We bought it specifically for an extra leg room. However, on the flight from PHX to BOS, all seats in the economy class have the same leg room. The agent explicitly told us that on this plane all seats are the same. So, they offer product they do not have and collect money. Sounds like a scam to me."
