Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlight the convenience for visiting local attractions, especially the nearby thermal baths. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, noting that the property appears dated and does not always match the photos online. Some rooms are described as spacious and comfortable, but issues such as noise, lack of soundproofing, and worn furnishings are mentioned. Overall, the positive atmosphere and service often compensate for the hotel's shortcomings.
