Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near tourist attractions and shopping areas, as well as the helpful and friendly staff who often went out of their way to assist. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness in the rooms, including dust, dirty linens, and unclean bathrooms. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests mentioning old, uncomfortable mattresses and noisy beds.
